About the role

We're looking for a Visual Design Lead to ensure exceptional creative quality across our marketplace and apps. You'll need robust design expertise and deep understanding of UI/UX including design systems, brand design, interaction design, micro interactions and motion design. Essential requirements 5+ years' experience in creative agency or in-house at leading brand; 3+ years leading high-performing visual design team; Diverse portfolio of interactive communications work including motion design, illustration, art direction, typography, animation; Strong understanding of interactive and digital design including collaboration with engineers; Proven experience with design systems and agile product delivery teams; Strategic and systems-based thinking built on insights, not creative whims; and Proven ability to influence design and business outcomes through effective stakeholder communication.
