MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Supply Planning Executive is responsible for coordinating copacking operations to meet demand and inventory targets, including scheduling production, managing material supply, and monitoring copacker performance. This role also supports master data management by maintaining accurate product information, creating new item codes, and ensuring system updates are aligned with supply chain requirements. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is key to ensuring smooth execution of copacking activities and data integrity.
The Supply Planning Executive will interface with the Demand team, Customer Service team, Quality, Sales and Marketing team within ANI business, as well as external suppliers such as copacker and material vendors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Copacking Planning & Coordination
- Plan and schedule copacking productions with copackers to meet demand requirements and fulfill inventory targets.
- Plan the requirements of packaging materials and coordinate the supply of base items and packaging materials to fulfill copacking productions.
- Monitor the output of copacking productions and consumption of materials in copackers.
- Raise direct & indirect PO to vendors.
- Monitor copackers’ performance, capacity, and on-time delivery.
- Resolve and escalate the ad-hoc crisis related to copacking activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, trade marketing, demand planning, supply planning, quality) and external vendors (copackers, material vendors).
- Prepare & update of Work Instruction (WI) for copacking products.
- Coordinate approval of WI within internal teams.
- Brief copackers with the signed off WI.
- Coordinate fitting for new packaging materials.
2) Master Data Management
- Support new code creation including new innovation, promo pack creations, and PIPO transitions.
- Maintain and update master data including BOMs (Bill of Materials), and source lists.
- Support barcode creation for new item.
- Support PIR, costing & system contract maintenance for new items.
- Coordinate with master data team to update and maintain products details and status accurately.
3) Others
Back up for report generation & upload.
Back up for stock transfer among warehouse & copacker.
Project management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or others tertiary/degree qualification
- Minimum 2 years in supply planning, production scheduling/planning or customer service role with demonstrated success.
- Multi-national FMCG company exposure is preferred.

- Develop and execute finished goods supply replenishment plans across multiple regional warehouses and stocking points using Kinaxis Maestro.
- Maintain an optimised balance between supply and demand by placing dependent demand on manufacturing/source sites.

Job Description:
The Supply Planning Team Leader will support the onboarding of a team of planners and provide day-to-day management and guidance to the team. They will be responsible for creating an open and supportive environment where people can learn and develop in their roles and give to the growth and success of the Business Technology Centre. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role. The team leader is responsible for supervising a team of supply planners which covers a range of activities from performance reviews, continuous improvement to resource management. They act as an initial customer concern point for supply planning business issues the team, however they are not responsible for the performance of every geographic market
The team leader has their own core responsibilities, playing a vital role in stock optimization, capacity planning and inventory management to ensure that raw materials are delivered on time and to the right place for production planning. Maintaining clear business alignment and teamwork across multiple teams (Supply, Demand and Material Resource Planning) will be fundamental to delivering successful outcomes from a production capacity perspective, and for the efficient and timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer demand and business needs. The role holder must be willing to challenge the status quo and be comfortable with sharing their points of view and ideas to leadership.

- Support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by working closely with S&OE Planning Delivery Leads, and S&OP Manager, providing insights and recommendations to resolve supply constraints and deliver improved availability balanced against cost and inventory
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food &1 beverage, or manufacturing industries.
- Ability to lead, empower and develop a team of planning professionals (ideally within a global environment) including performance management.
- Prior line management experience is needed for this position.
- Experience in performance management, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Proven expertise in Supply planning – preferably with experience leading the function in a global or international business and with a good understanding of the production planning process from raw materials through to finished goods.
- Strong analytical with a clear ability to analyse complex data and identify trends
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills being able to communicate effectively with partners and colleagues at all levels, and to work effectively with a diverse set of collaborators.
- Highly proficient in Digital Planning tools (ideally Kinaxis) and some exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana).

The Staff Demand and Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for spares part demand, supply and inventory planning, master data governance and process improvement for overall service supply chain. This individual will have direct responsibility for spares parts management globally to support Customer Care meeting SLA, while challenging current process to improve cost, supply continuity and inventory optimization.
This position reports to the Director Instruments Operations Planning and is part of the Global Instrument Operation located in Penang, Malaysia and will be an on-site role.
This position reports to the team leader and is under Cepheid Operating Company and part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for process of service parts demand and supply planning inclusive of, inventory control, DC and distribution planning, ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and stock outs
- Responsible for Inventory turnover, E&O and Accuracy for all global service warehouses
- Responsible for developing spares demand/supply plans that take into account demand forecast, inventory target and On Time Delivery
- Responsible for identifying and maintaining the appropriate planning parameters in spares planning systems to optimize Inventory, service level and P&L
- Effective lines of communication between Customer Care, Logistic, Order Management, Procurement team to ensure priority requirements, timely delivery of spares parts
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 3+ years of work experience.

The Staff Demand and Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for spares part demand, supply and inventory planning, master data governance and process improvement for overall service supply chain. This individual will have direct responsibility for spares parts management globally to support Customer Care meeting SLA, while challenging current process to improve cost, supply continuity and inventory optimization.
This position reports to the Director Instruments Operations Planning and is part of the Global Instrument Operation l ocated in Penang, Malaysia and will be an remote role.
This position is under Cepheid Operating Company and part of Pall Malaysia
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Responsible for process of service parts demand and supply planning inclusive of, inventory control, DC and distribution planning, ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and stock outs
+ Responsible for Inventory turnover, E&O and Accuracy for all global service warehouses
+ Responsible for developing spares demand/supply plans that take into account demand forecast, inventory target and On Time Delivery
+ Responsible for identifying and maintaining the appropriate planning parameters in spares planning systems to optimize Inventory, service level and P&L
+ Effective lines of communication between Customer Care, Logistic, Order Management, Procurement team to ensure priority requirements, timely delivery of spares parts
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 3+ years of work experience.
+ Specialized depth of expertise on spares planning and aftermarket management

- Strategic Projects: Manage operations-related initiatives and improvement projects end-to-end, from scoping to execution and post-implementation review aimed at optimizing operational cost efficiencies and streamlining operational processes
- Problem Solving: Identify root causes of operational issues, propose corrective actions, and drive resolution through structured problem-solving
- Process Improvements: Drive continuous improvement through process mapping, SOP development, and documentation using frameworks like Kanban
- Compliance: Ensure operational compliance, service-level adherence, and alignment with business objectives across all operational touchpoints
- 2+ years in Supply Chain/Operations Management or Consulting (with experience in Sales & Inventory Planning, Supplier Management, Project Management), in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable tertiary organisation, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related Project Management modules
- Demonstrated high levels of organisation and effectiveness in managing complex cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution
- Independent and creative problem solver who thinks critically, with strong business sense and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Possesses great communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively across cultures and borders
