Key Outputs/Deliverables
Continuously evaluating and refining delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
Ensuring that products are delivered within the agreed‑upon timelines, meeting end‑user expectations and business objectives

Plan and coordinate subcontracting jobs; obtain quotations for new projects when required.
