Key Responsibilities
Acknowledge and process customer purchase orders in SAP according to specifications.
Verify pricing, material availability, and coordinate with sales for any discrepancies.
Issue proforma invoices, purchase orders, production orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Follow up on payment and ensure readiness before delivery.
Ensure all order‑related documents are accurate and filed properly.
Conduct kick‑off meetings with customers and internal teams as the first point of communication to align on operation lead time, project milestones, and overall fulfilment schedule.
Coordinate project‑based orders with OEMs, suppliers (packaging), and production teams.
Monitor material shortages, follow up with procurement, and update customers accordingly.
Track production progress and align packaging readiness with OEM schedules.
Support urgent project requirements to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery & Logistics Management
Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and third‑party transporters for local and outstation deliveries.
Ensure on‑time delivery and proper documentation (DO, COA, invoices).
Monitor delivery efficiency and resolve any logistics‑related issues.
Coordinate export shipments and required documentation.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and feedback.
Coordinate with QC and suppliers for complaint resolution (CAR forms, replacements, CN/DN issuance).
Maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow‑up and professional communication.
Support sales team with necessary product documents (MSDS, HALAL certs, COA, flow charts, etc.).
Prepare and submit invoices to Accounts Department for payment processing.
Source quotations for packaging materials and other project‑related items.
Assist in supplier evaluations and documentation updates for procurement and audit purposes.
Planning & Reporting
Assist in forecasting, stock monitoring, and inventory alignment.
Collaborate with Planning and Procurement teams to ensure material availability.
Participate in weekly discussions with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
Update reports and ERP systems for accurate supply chain performance tracking.
Others / Ad‑hoc Tasks
Carry out any other tasks or assignments as directed by the superior from time to time, provided they are relevant to the current job scope.
Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancement activities, or workflow optimization within the Supply Chain Department.
Participate in cross‑functional projects or meetings when required to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

To contribute to operations planning and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews and prepare and complete action plans To implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards, resolve problems and identify trends Analyze process workflow, resources, space requirements and implement changes To forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures Manage operations staff levels, wages, hours and contract labour against revenues Manage relationships with key operations vendors Identify and address operations problems and opportunities for the company Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment To plan for short and long-term operations goals Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations To work with the finance team to assist with planning of general finance, budgeting & Profit and Loss. Lead the Definition of a Product Bom analytics framework from data to interface to deploy a consistent methodology and tool to show the Product Bom analytics vertically for a top-level product and horizontally across the product portfolio
Capability to report product analytics on gaps and opportunities which will contribute directly to the product cost roadmap
To run a global local scope of analytics related to regional vendor portfolio and manufacturing plant

Hold up material manager or director to develop, implement GPSC reports, data research trends to facilitate resolutions making.* Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.* Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customer to use Flex preferred suppliers.* Interfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues.* Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.* Manages component cost/price on a local, regional and global basis.* Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.* Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.* Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers.* Develop and implement cost take down strategies.* Increase Vendor Managed Inventory, Reduced Guide-Time and Electronic Data Interface penetration.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.* Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required* Must have an understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies.* A background in electronics manufacturing and a thorough understanding of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) product development process.* To perform the major job responsibilities the use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages, and database systems.NS27#LI-NI1# # Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
