- Obtaining Quotes from different suppliers
- Negotiating price , quantity and delivery schedule with suppliers
- Processing the Purchase Order to approve suppliers
- Expedite material to fulfil production requirements
- Ensure smooth supply of raw material to make sure no line-down situation

This role will manage supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and meet customer demand. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling supply chain activities to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Your tasks
- Develop and lead various functional teams, including warehouse staff, in-house logistics, SCM sourcing, and planning guided by R&S values.

Your Qualifications
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Electronics industry or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years in one of SCM leadership functions.
- Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or transportation management, with a track record of achieving results and improving efficiency.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and processes, including transportation modes, warehousing operations, and inventory management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize logistics operations and solve logistics challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Experience in operating and adhering to requirements of Malaysia custom bonded program such as LMW license.
