Delivery Management: Lead the Delivery Manager in developing strategies for timely and cost-efficient delivery. Focus areas include:

  • Managing third-party logistics providers and carriers for transportation efficiency.
  • Monitoring performance metrics for on-time delivery, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, adjusting as needed.

Supply & Demand Management: Supervise the Supply Demand Manager to balance supply and demand through forecasting and planning. Focus areas include:

  • Overseeing demand forecasts based on data and market trends.
  • Optimizing inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Managing slow-moving or non-moving stock to prevent costs.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the managers, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Set clear goals and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
  • Drive professional growth and ensure team skills and tools are adequate.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve supply chain efficiency.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and timely product delivery.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Perform other business development tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin or related; Master’s or certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in warehouse operations, logistics, demand planning, and supply chain software (ERP, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills; advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to engage in outdoor activities regularly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 10 years in supply chain management, managing warehouse, delivery, and demand functions.
  • Salary range MYR13k-MYR15k.

The Position

Role Purpose
As the Supply Chain Lead, you will be the End to end accountable person for the availability of supply in the Malaysia market and subsequently the availability of goods to our end customers.

  • expectations and deciding stock allocation in the market
  • Challenge and work closely with 3PL partner to ensure fulfilment of duties
  • Ensure implementation/improvement plans internally within SCM and with 3PLs are tracked and monitored
  • Roll out projects and drive uptake/implementation from customers and obtain buy in from internal stakeholders
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time

Overview

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will focus on data analysis, data cleanliness, feedback and collaboration with both internal and external resources. The role requires the individual to collect, analyze and interpret compliance data related to global supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collection, analyzing, and interpreting compliance data.
  • Coordination of engineering BOM, supplier data, purchasing data and compliance reporting data
  • Management of data cleanliness related to vendor master, material master, merge files and supplier data reporting.
  • Perform data scrubs
  • Point of contact for compliance inquiries for internal and external feedback, including vendor communication
  • Assist with management of non-standard regulatory data including obsolescence and items outside external agency scope.
  • Assist in standard collaboration with external agency including campaign support calls and data meetings.
  • Know and understand multiple regulations within the global trade arena is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in supply chain data analysis, compliance or related role.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience with SAP (Supply Chain modules)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, V/XLOOKUP)

The “Supply Chain Analyst ” will be based in Flex PTP .

In charge of customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts. Hold up material manager or director to develop, implement GPSC reports, data research trends to facilitate resolutions making.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.
  • Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customer to use Flex preferred suppliers.
  • Interfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues.
  • Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
  • Manages component cost/price on a local, regional and global basis.
  • Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.
  • Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers.
  • Develop and implement cost take down strategies.
  • Increase Vendor Managed Inventory, Reduced Guide-Time and Electronic Data Interface penetration.

Specialized Job controls may be required for certain positions. These could include on or more of the following duties:

Supply Management:

  • Manage regional supplier contract negotiations, which includes Memorandums of Comprehension, Non-disclosure and regional pricing agreements.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Measure and report Purchase Price Variance and initiate action plans.
  • Monitor and manage supplier times.
  • Mitigates shortages, excess on order and excess on hand.
  • Participate on and help global and regional commodity teams.
  • Contribute information/data on top spend suppliers for quarterly scorecards.

Customer Supply Chain Management:

  • Manages material cost reviews.
  • Drive initiatives to improve gross material margin.
  • Identify, implement and drive actions for Retained Purchase Price Variance (RPPV) optimization.
  • Drive reconciliation process with customer (PPV, Premium charges, carrying costs, freight charges, excess and obsolete inventory, Non-cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR), etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to increase turnkey business and develop materials management plan.
  • Coordinate quarterly/monthly PPV hard call process.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or other related area.
  • Must have an understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies.
  • A background in electronics manufacturing and a thorough understanding of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) product development process.
  • To perform the major job responsibilities the use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages, and database systems.

You will be the key driver of the organization’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Key Raw Materials Planning. It adds value by developing and driving customer-oriented supply strategies of finished goods to meet demand plan, synchronizing supply and demand management through S&OP process to ensure information is deployed and to make timely decision.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage functional KPIs per company target and take the responsive decision/action to achieve/exceed the target.
  2. Manage the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing to ensure orders meet customer requirements and are processed in accordance with business policy, standards and guidelines.
  3. Resolve issues arising from operations requiring coordination cross-functionally, especially issues potentially impacting order fulfillment.
  4. Implement continuous improvement across the supply chain function and integration with midstream.
  5. Define Key Results Areas clearly and roles for supply chain and customer service members.
  6. Develop robust forecast processes in coordination with Sales to ensure effective planning in inventory.
  7. Secure cost-effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers.
  8. Engage in effective negotiations with existing and potential suppliers to ensure sourcing value is delivered.
  9. Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers.
  10. Develop sourcing strategy for all necessary materials and accessories that align with business objectives and work closely with suppliers.
  11. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  12. Complete projects and initiatives as assigned by superior.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic Management or other related field.
  2. At least 5 years of supply chain related working experience – Material and Inventory Management, Production Planning, Sourcing, Warehouse and Logistic Management.
  3. Hands-on experience with supply chain management software.
  4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  5. Team player with good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills.

About The Role

The Supply Chain Executive plays a critical role in ensuring operational and fulfillment success across all of RPG’s portfolio of multi-million dollar D2C brands. You will be an integral member in our Supply Chain team, responsible for optimizing fulfillment levels and ensuring sufficient supply to end consumers worldwide. Qualified candidates are independent self-starters who work well with ambiguity, like building processes and are obsessed with details.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Management:

  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
  • Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently, maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse layout and space utilization.

Fulfillment Operations:

  • Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams to meet fulfillment targets.
  • Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve service levels and reduce lead times.

Analytical and Strategic Planning:

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Quality Control (QC):

  • Coordinate with the Procurement team to confirm production completion dates.
  • Communicate with both internal and external QC partners to arrange inspections.
  • Review and verify QC reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipment schedules.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders to arrange logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  • Work closely with Finance to confirm prompt payment processing.
  • Support the Business Development (BD) team by obtaining shipment quotations from freight forwarders.

Ad Hoc :

  • Source local pickup and delivery service providers as needed.
  • Identify and engage freight forwarders for import and export operations.

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or the equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain/Operations/Freight related role in an ecommerce-centric organization preferably
  • Proven problem-solver in a high-volume operations environment with regional/ global exposure
  • Intermediate proficiency introducing and utilizing various business tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, GoogleSheets, Dashboards, SQL)
  • You should be a strong team player with excellent people and communication skills
  • Critical thinker with a natural inclination toward all things data, and a mind for continuous improvement
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
  • Able to converse in Mandarin as the role requires you to liaise with partners in China
