Provide evidence‑based coaching sessions via video Utilize digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between sessions to enhance learning and monitor quantitative improvement Regularly attend peer group consultation meetings Access and participate in continued coach development trainings Maintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards Requirements
Graduated from a comprehensive Level 1 or Level 2 coaching program accredited by the ICF, or ICF‑credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC) Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours with adults post graduation Full professional proficiency in English Resides and works in Malaysia for at least 9 months of the year Perks of contracting with Lyra
