Learn and sustain knowledge of all potential quality issues. Work with an attention to detail to ensure all products meet quality standards.
Perform buddy checks to confirm team member’s work meets specifications.
Complete production paperwork and ITS data collection entries, per the required frequencies.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Basic use of tools to setup and change required tooling.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Creative Associate to join our Shopee Creative & Production team. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real advertising campaigns and develop your skills in visual storytelling and concept execution across various formats. Responsibilities
Concept ideation & execution for online videos, DOOH, SM videos, animation videos or any other mediums required by the business Assist in developing storyboards and graphic assets for a variety of content formats, including TVCs, online videos, digital ads, DOOH, and more. Support the Creative Team throughout the end-to-end creative process – from concept development to final video production. Assist with ad hoc creative tasks as needed Stay up-to-date with creative trends and industry best practices. Supervise and assist on video/photo shoots to ensure the shoots are going smoothly according to storyboard requirements Provide necessary support at every stage of Creative & Production processes on assigned projects such art direction, design, moodboard research Collaborate with internal teams such as Campaigns, Video Production, and Social Media to brainstorm and execute high quality, integrated creative solutions. Requirements
1 - 4 years of experience as a creative from advertising industry, with digital background preferred Proficient in using Adobe design softwares such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Strong eye for art, photography, design and attention to detail. Strong crafting skills in art and design such as typography, layout design, illustrations and photo manipulation A strong portfolio featuring work in graphic design, video production, storyboarding, art direction is required. Team player with good time management and communication skills. Receptive to feedback and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines when required Humble attitude that can handle rejections well Bachelor’s degree or Diploma is required Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in Bahasa or other languages is a plus. Good time management, ability to work under pressure and prioritises multiple projects with careful attention to detail

Positively enhance the perception of internal and external audiences towards the organization. Key Accountabilities
Project planning and implementation including concept, design development, technical (Materials & processes), costing, facilitate execution, monitoring projects and its implementation (until completion). Plan, manage, develop and produce way finding and vehicle livery works as per project owner requirements and specifications. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties i.e consultant, agencies, vendor, suppliers, etc. Execute design projects, from designing, bill of quantity, production quality to installation. Maintain Corporate Identity (CI) brand consistency throughout projects. Ensuring all design and production materials meeting all objectives, requirements and compliances To do any other task that is instructed by the superior which deemed necessary. Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent. Minimum 5 years working experience in related field,signage, bilboards, preferably have knowledge in public transport operations. Well-versed in using Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Seniority level
