• Consistently meet or exceed student enrolment targets (both retention and new acquisition)
• Meet productivity metrics as set with manager (typically 250+ calls per week and 25+ Inbound Calls)
• Consistently achieve 80%+ call quality
• Qualify leads effectively, understanding student needs, and clearly articulating program benefits and career outcomes.
• Use CRM systems to track lead activity, follow-ups, and manage the enrolment pipeline.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Job Requirements• Proven ability to understand and prioritise a sales pipeline relative to sales cycle.
• Demonstrated achievement of sales targets or KPIs in previous roles.
• Proven learning agility, quickly comprehending complex product and service offerings and being able to translate to a consultative sales conversation with prospective students.
• Demonstrated horizontal and informal leadership ability, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective collaboration across teams
•Proven ability to be a champion for team culture, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
• Knowledge of partner operations is highly valued, including but not limited to partner policies, processes and program portfolio.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment, displaying a growth mindset that embraces change & implements continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience within the Education Industry is highly valued.

Student Welfare
- Assisting students with their basic needs e.g. opening a bank account, transport, accommodation, social activities, registering with their embassies and associations, etc.
- Assisting the Academic Director and Centre Director in organising student orientation and graduation.
- Planning, promoting and conducting student activities and maintaining the student activities budget.
- Updating and maintaining students’ notice boards with up-to-date and relevant information e.g. university counselling notices, the latest happenings in town, useful information related to language learning, etc.
- Arranging to pick up students from the airport when necessary.
- Liaising with landlords for student accommodation arrangements.
- Counselling/ Advising and assisting students with immigration matters (visa applications/ renewals/ cancellations/ shortening/ special pass etc.).
- Maintaining up-to-date information on student visa regulations/ policies (transfers, withdrawals etc).
- Assisting students in filing claims for medical insurance, keeping accurate records and communicating with the insurance company.
- Maintaining information and serving as a referral source for students on various topics, including but not limited to: banks, post offices, transportation, travel agencies, recreational facilities, social services, campus resources, and international student organisations.
- Assisting in placement tests.
University Placement Counseling and Services
- Counselling and assisting qualified students with university/college selection and admission by providing up-to-date and accurate information.
- Communicating with representatives or personnel from universities and colleges in the recruitment process.
- Organising at least one seminar per session on education through internal presentations or invited guests.
- Keeping accurate records of students’ application status.
- Establishing contacts with universities and colleges to gain recognition of ELS’ CIEP qualification (levels 106 to 109).
Marketing
- Answering enquiries (phone, email & walk-in).
- Attending education & school fairs.
Administrative
- Preparing and maintaining files for new, current and past students – to include all required documentation.
- Performing any other duties as and when assigned.
Education: Diploma/ Degree in Business or related fields.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of work experience.
Languages: Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) as the role involves daily interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients in an English-speaking work environment.

Job DescriptionThe Role: Student Success Advisor
- Become a trusted adviser.
- Working with your portfolio of enrolled students, you will proactively provide coaching support and troubleshoot at-risk issues to help students achieve their educational goalsfrom initial course commencement through to graduation. via. phone, email and web chat.
- Supporting students with study path management to create the most efficient study path.
- Driving re-enrolment into new programs that support our students’ goals.
- Build a detailed knowledge of our University partners and the course offerings, through supported training and research.
- Sales skills: To support student retention, drive re-enrolment and overcome objections commonly faced by students studying online.
- Relationship building skills: To build and maintain relationships with students that allow you to fulfil the role as their trusted adviser.
- Customer service skills: To provide a brilliant student experience by supporting students towards study success.
