We are seeking a Structural Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, analysis, and coordination of structural and civil engineering projects, working closely with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel structures in compliance with local codes and standards.
- Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports for submission to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure design intent is met.
- Review and check drawings prepared by drafters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss design progress and resolve technical matters.
- Assist in site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Operate and manage design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Prota Structure, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in structural design and project coordination.
- Proficient in Tekla Structural Designer and/or Prota Structure.
- Has foundation in structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel structures.
- Familiar with local building codes and authority submission processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an added advantage.
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Carry out assigned work according to Reliability-Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled/Scheduled/Condition-Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Program, including other disciplines when required.
- Perform maintenance for specialized/complex equipment according to Reliability-Centred Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems requiring expertise.
