Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional certification/registration (e.g., BEM/PE) is an advantage. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may also be considered for junior roles). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team in the renewable energy sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers on the design, planning, and execution of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects across Malaysia. As part of our project delivery team, you will be involved in technical coordination, construction supervision, documentation, and liaising with key stakeholders, including utility companies and government authorities. You'll gain hands‑on experience in managing the full project lifecycle from bidding to commissioning. Cooperate with the project manager / leading engineer’s management of PV project design, construction quality and progress, timely and proactively coordinate and communicate with the project management team. Carry out dynamic management of engineering technical solutions, schedules, personnel and other issues, guarantee quality based on drawing and design standard, while ensure work tasks complete on time. Participate in the preparation of bidding and tender documents, technical specifications and technical negotiations, and participate in the review of design plans and construction drawings. Timely reporting of task progress and status to the engineer / project leader. Responsible for the management of the equipment / assets of the project undertaken, including shop drawings, test reports, delivery plan. Responsible for the preservation of the information, quality records, and archives of the projects undertaken. Responsible for the publication and archiving of end production of the projects undertaken. Responsible for the technical connection between the project and the grid company, and handling of the relevant government construction procedures. Job Requirements
