Strong technical knowledge of structural works, high‑rise building systems, and local building codes.
Possession of related construction certifications (e.g., CIDB Malaysia, PMP, PE, Safety & Health certifications, or equivalent) is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
