Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Support the lead generation by identifying key decision-makers and initiating client outreach.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and bid documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and execute promotional activities.
- Engage with prospective clients through meetings, calls, and networking events to introduce Hyde’s capabilities.
- Assist in managing client relationships by maintaining regular communication and follow-ups.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand the company’s network.
- Support the bid/no-bid process by analyzing RFPs and coordinating internal approvals.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
- Up to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in design engineering services related industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or engineering consulting industries is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and bid documentation. Maintain and update CRM systems to track business development activities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and execute promotional activities. Engage with prospective clients through meetings, calls, and networking events to introduce Hyde’s capabilities. Assist in managing client relationships by maintaining regular communication and follow-ups. Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand the company’s network. Support the bid/no-bid process by analyzing RFPs and coordinating internal approvals. Track and report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and business development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. Up to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in design engineering services related industry) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or engineering consulting industries is preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing the sales life cycle via CRM Aptitude for client management Proven Sales experience Experience in customer relationship management, and business development Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills Strong workflow and process analysis skills Proven network in SEA market Excellent collaboration skills Expertise in Microsoft Office Willingness to travel extensively within southeast Asia. Self-motivated and passion to drive business
