You will play a pivotal role in identifying main growth priorities for your market through data-driven insights and collaborate across functional teams to implement growth plans. Your strong logical reasoning and structured approach will be essential as you navigate market research, trend analysis and performance metrics to fine-tune growth plans. In this role, embracing an 'always day one' mindset is critical as we adapt and innovate to remain at the forefront of growth. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Strategic Planning: You will leverage market performance metrics, local insights and user research to identify main gaps and/or opportunities in user growth for your markets. Lead select prioritized growth problem spaces and design solutions to drive immediate user impact for the year. Performance monitoring: You will routinely monitor key growth indicators to assess health across the consumer funnel. Support analyses to identify quick actions to bridge any gap. Execution Excellence: You will drive the execution of growth experiments, working closely with Marketing and Operations teams. Ensure alignment on success metrics, timelines and resource allocation. You will conduct post-mortem analysis to fine-tune / scale experiments. Stakeholder management: You will maintain frequent and open communication with country teams, serving as the key bridge between local and regional teams. Ensure local business nuances are understood and regional learnings are shared with the local teams. Continuous Innovation: You will role model a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team. Lead with a focus on encouraging creative approaches and calculated risk-taking to achieve breakthrough growth solutions. What Essential Skills You Will Need You will need minimum 3 years of experience in strategy development / user strategy / growth marketing or related roles, ideally within startup environment. You will thoroughly evaluate results and extract relevant insights from data and market trends. Familiarity with SQL is advantageous. You will need to have experience in influencing senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

As the E-commerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at ADA , you will be in charge of planning, executing campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing . This is an exciting role, enable you with full skillset of overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis with widen of campaign types in across marketplace platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Tiki / TikTok ).

You will wo r k closely with Commercial Manager/ Commercial Associate on assigned accounts to deliver high performance e-commerce marketing activities across the marketplace platforms . You will be proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy development and planning, campaign execution and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations. You will lead the entire campaign planning – proposal – execution – evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign. You will participate in relevant internal and external training programs for personal and professional development . You will work with enthusiastic regional and local ADA leaders and colleagues, and have ability to access to ADA's professional systems and tools that effectively support your daily work.

What skills and experience you will need?

2- 3 years of working experience in e-commerce marketing/ digital performance marketing on marketplace platform, e-commerce enablement agency, or online business team at client side. Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop. Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, especially around traffic acquisition, conversion, and media buying. Skilled in campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and recommend optimizations using tools like Excel and Power BI. Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Experience collaborating with internal teams (Commercial, Creative, Operations) and external platform representatives. Highly accountable with a proactive mindset, capable of managing campaigns end-to-end. Proficient in budget management and performance tracking. Fluent in writing and speaking skills in English .

IT Assistant (Strategic Information Management)

Responsibilities To continuously provide all necessary maintenance to all servers in making sure all systems running satisfactorily. To provide daily, weekly, monthly report on server health, SAN/NAS disk space, as well as backup job result. To install and configure client or server software to agreed standards whenever required To deploy computers as well as network equipment and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment. To engage with vendor on hardware, software, network support which needed external expertise for rectification. To continuously provide technical support to phone, email request or request/ticket for all printer, network access, computer hardware, software application and associated peripherals. To log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries. To pro-actively provide information to users and immediate supervisor on the progress of outstanding support calls. To maintain the existing computers and peripherals as well as other network equipment to standards determined by team leader, by performing upgrades, patching, new installations and carrying out routine procedure. To assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software. To consult clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information, clarify details and implement information; To continuously updating technical knowledge and skills by doing research, attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications. To be involved in testing new software programs and fault finding. To be on-call and on-site standby for relevant request for support. To undertake such other work as may be assigned which is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility. Requirements Minimum qualification Diploma in IT or its equivalent. Minimum 1 Years Experience in IT area. Good command of both written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient level of computer and laptop skills, network troubleshooting, resourceful with the ability to work in team and independently. Able to work overtime or on-call. Healthy physically and mentally Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player. Apply Online

Direct and align integrated strategy plan, and portfolios and their linkage to Company’s goals and objectives via periodic engagements and reviews with businesses. Conduct research and gather information on the latest developments in the energy industry that could affect the organisation by understanding particular pricing, supply and demand balance, and keep track of government policies and regulatory requirements. Advise in the preparation of annual business plan & budget aligning to Company’s goals and strategy plan. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a closely related discipline. Minimum 15 years of working experience with at least 10 years in strategy development and corporate planning. Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and value chain, from upstream (development & abandonment concepts) to midstream (pipeline, LNG, virtual pipeline system) and downstream (regasification, LPG, Gas & Power). Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities, coupled with the ability to make reasoned judgements based on available information. Strong interpersonal skills (listening, inquiry, advocacy, facilitation and negotiation), results-driven and comfortable working in a diverse and fast-paced work environment. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word, with advanced proficiency in Excel being an advantage. Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma would be an advantage.
