  • Category Management Program Development: in collaboration with the Category Management team, establish a comprehensive category management approach that includes spend analysis, category strategies, sourcing methodologies, and standardised processes that leverage buying power and create specialised expertise across different spend categories.
  • Best Practice Framework Design: Developing industry-leading methodologies and frameworks for each initiative that can be scaled, measured, and continuously improved to deliver ongoing value to the organisation.
  • Integration and Synergy Management: Ensuring all three initiatives work cohesively together to create a comprehensive procurement ecosystem that maximises impact and positions the function for strategic growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure initiatives align with organisational needs and drive genuine adoption of new processes and frameworks.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Establishing clear metrics and KPIs for each initiative to track progress, demonstrate value delivery, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Creating detailed implementation plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and measurable milestones that build momentum while positioning the function for future opportunities.

This role represents an exceptional opportunity to drive meaningful procurement transformation through the strategic development and implementation of best practice frameworks across technology, supplier management, and category management.
