The opportunity
As a Manager/Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance.
You will lead client engagements and facilitate discussion with clients. You will interview clients, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content.
Your key responsibilities
- Growth Strategy - assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations
- Strategic Planning -designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes
- Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - assisting the client to reduce costs across the enterprise, and also to change the structure, governance and metrics of the enterprise
- Value driver-based decision support -assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprise value, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Develop and drive account-planning, as well assales and delivery ofservice offerings
- Manage and control commercial aspects of the project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 5-years (Managers) or 8-years (Senior Managers) working experience, preferably at least 3-years in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization
- Preferably experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organization design, and operation and business process improvement
- Experience in managing / dealing in large complex projects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organisation restructuring and transformation
- Experience evaluating current business operating models, designing and executing initiatives with business benefits to streamline the process and improve the effectiveness of the organization and its operating model
- Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies
- MBA degree from a reputable business school

Job Description As a
Talent & Organization (T&O) professional , you’ll help clients across various industries in
Change Management, Learning Design and Development, Organizational Analytics, and HR Transformation . You’ll develop innovative learning strategies and solutions, assist clients in managing organizational change, and facilitate smooth transitions. You’ll be part of creating the workforce of the future!
Key Responsibilities
Discover stakeholders’ challenges and expectations, and define Change Management strategies to support business transformation programs.
Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
Help clients develop their change capabilities and become more agile.
Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
Conduct Change Management Impact Analyses and develop treatment plans.
Implement strategies to prepare organizations for new processes.
Support Change Measurement activities using Change Readiness tools.
Collaborate with HR Transformation teams on HR System implementations like Oracle, SuccessFactors, and Workday.
Work within a dynamic, international team where English is the common language.
Collaborate with industry experts and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to practice-building activities such as recruiting, training, and community events.
Travel globally to work with clients and deliver transformational change.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of HR change management/consulting experience for Manager level.
Experience in related areas like HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness is highly desirable.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
Comfort with digital solutions in tech-driven environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver impactful communications to senior audiences and facilitate complex discussions.
Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level.

Accenture Southeast Asia We are looking for an experienced

SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM . This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting EAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
Configure and customize the EAM platform based on business processes and industry best practices.
Develop and test integrations, reports, and other system components (RICEFW or equivalent for other tools).
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.
Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the EAM domain.
Qualifications:
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
SAP S/4HANA EAM
Hexagon EAM
IBM Maximo
Oracle EAM
Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.
Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.
Knowledge of the use of Gen AI in EAM will be a plus point.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.
Consulting Attributes:
Prior consulting experience with client-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to develop whitepapers, contribute to proposals, and support business development efforts.
Self-driven and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.
Willingness to travel based on project needs (if applicable).
