The opportunity As a Manager/Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance. You will lead client engagements and facilitate discussion with clients. You will interview clients, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content. Your key responsibilities Growth Strategy - assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations Strategic Planning -designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - assisting the client to reduce costs across the enterprise, and also to change the structure, governance and metrics of the enterprise Value driver-based decision support -assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprise value, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making Develop and drive account-planning, as well assales and delivery ofservice offerings Manage and control commercial aspects of the project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure Foundational skills in quantitative and financial analysis Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment with strong drive to excel professionally To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 5-years (Managers) or 8-years (Senior Managers) working experience, preferably at least 3-years in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization Preferably experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organization design, and operation and business process improvement Experience in managing / dealing in large complex projects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organisation restructuring and transformation Experience evaluating current business operating models, designing and executing initiatives with business benefits to streamline the process and improve the effectiveness of the organization and its operating model Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders Ideally, you will also have Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies MBA degree from a reputable business school What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate development, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in leading large-scale strategy and transformation projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; comfortable working with C-suite stakeholders.

Deep knowledge of Southeast Asian business environment; regional experience preferred.

This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting EAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.

Configure and customize the EAM platform based on business processes and industry best practices.

Develop and test integrations, reports, and other system components (RICEFW or equivalent for other tools).

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.

Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.

Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the EAM domain.

Qualifications:

Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:

SAP S/4HANA EAM

Hexagon EAM

IBM Maximo

Oracle EAM

Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.

Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.

Knowledge of the use of Gen AI in EAM will be a plus point.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.

Consulting Attributes:

Prior consulting experience with client-facing roles is preferred.

Ability to develop whitepapers, contribute to proposals, and support business development efforts.

Self-driven and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Change Management leads in creating Change Strategy / Change Plan, develop stakeholder engagement plan, design different change management initiatives, plan and design communications interventions and enable training upskilling of people impact by change.

Will be expected to leverage the insights coming from the change management related data and analytics to design change strategies. You will be expected to know how to conduct change impact analysis, how to conduct stakeholder analysis, how to design various change management initiatives and how to drive change adoption.

Will be part of a collaborative dialogue with client sponsors/ leadership to align on key messages and desired behavior shifts. Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement and communications plan.

Will have a knowledge and experience of new generation change management tools and techniques such as change management related analytics tools, change control tools, behavioral and culture change tools, etc.

Will define metrics and measure business adoption and business benefits realization. Ensure key messages are communicated accurately and timely using innovative channels, to capture the hearts and minds of stakeholders. Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of HR change management/consulting experience is expected for Manager Level.

Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.

Strong executive level relationship building skills.
