The opportunity

As a Senior Associate for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance.

MBA or any relevant Master’s program graduates Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience relevant or not relevant to consulting Academic excellence – Demonstrate consistency throughout academic career. Knowledge of Microsoft tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word & MS Project. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) along with any other foreign language is a plus. Strategic and analytical thinker, effective and proactive problem solver with aptitude to learn and think creatively to solve real-world business problems.
