Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, coupled with outstanding communication and project management abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to execution. Strong business acumen and commercial savvy, with a demonstrated ability to drive tangible outcomes. The opportunity

Ensure all required resources and enablers for each Department are in place for planned delivery/execution. Organize internal processes for approvals and/or signoffs from initial pitching to final onboarding of clients. Lead change management activities for the implementation of client specific solutions and strategies.

Other: Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements

Degree in Finance / Business / Actuarial Science.

Minimum 10 years of working experience. Experience in Consulting is an added advantage.

Highly numerate, diligent, resourceful and independent, ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with senior management team, internal & external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership capabilities that can lead, influence and motivate to create a high performing team.

Detail-oriented and ability to navigate and maintain strong working relationships with other stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
