Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
At least 3-4 years of experience in strategy development / user growth or related roles, in tech company or startup environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Solid analytical background; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and financial models.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
