Reporting to our Regional Strategic Finance Lead, you will drive financial planning and analysis initiatives, business partnering, and strategic decision-making. You will have a strong finance background, excellent technical and analytical skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various business functions.
This is an onsite role and our office is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will perform detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. You will prepare management reports with key performance indicators and actionable insights, partner with business leaders to meet their financial needs, and help develop, automate, and transform financial models based on business drivers and market trends.
You will support the development, automation, and transformation of financial models, incorporating key business drivers and market trends.
You will work with key stakeholders across the organization, providing financial expertise and guidance to support informed business decisions. You will collaborate on strategic initiatives by evaluating financial impacts and recommending optimal solutions.
You will drive process improvements within the finance function, taking ownership to ensure accuracy and proactively resolve issues.
You will actively participate in special projects or initiatives as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach to your work.
Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a financial forecasting or business partnering role
Proficient in Excel and expanding expertise in business intelligence tools like Power BI
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Databricks will be an advantage
Experience in a Regional FP&A or Strategic Finance role will be a significant advantage.
