Job Requirement Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Art & Design / Creative Multimedia / Industrial Design / Graphic Design / Human-Centered Design or User Experience (UX) / Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Design or Sustainable Design. Candidate must have worked with Agile frameworks before, collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers and stakeholders. Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience. Leading projects and product design teams. Take ownership of large, ambiguous, projects and are accountable for design quality of products and processes on the design team. To actively mentor and coach other designers to help them grow their skill sets.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in leading a team of designers to carry out end-to-end design process and experience management (user validation, user testing, feedback collection). Shapes the team's roadmap and goals by providing input from a user's perspective, and ensures they're pursuing achievable, measurable and impactful goals. Demonstrate speed and efficiency in translating ideas into prototypes using modern AI tools (Replit, Lovable, Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, etc) to accelerate design exploration and stakeholder alignment. Regularly references product goals and can speak confidently about how their work relates to the broader product vision and company objectives. Identify opportunities for new product features and improvement by analysing data (user testing, data analytics, feedback collection, market research). Drive user centric design solutions and processes, understanding how design drives key business KPIs such as conversion and retention metrics. Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and a product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship. Maximise the potential of team members by coaching and mentoring the product design team. Empower and mentor designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.

Job Requirements: Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, or similar degrees preferred.

Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) with the capability to design wireframes all the way through to final UI. Knowledge of human-centered design and are familiar with the end-to-end design process, including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing, and visual design deliverables. Familiarity with design systems and branding guidelines. Ability to build and prioritize highly detailed and precise design artifacts (flows, journey maps, information architecture, related documentation).

Software: Figma proficient (e.g components/ auto-layout/ etc) (MUST) Adobe Creative Suite (Optional)

Key Attributes: Possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Product Design. An online portfolio of professional work. Keen eye for design, details and aesthetics. Passionate in identifying new design trends, technologies and best practices. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
