Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or corporate planning, preferably within a deposit or treasury function.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Solid understanding of bank funding structures, liquidity management, and deposit products.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Business Units.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and present complex data clearly.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to funding and liquidity management is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to proactively contribute to strategic discussions.
