As a Store Supervisor, some of your responsibilities would include but may not be limited to:
- Ordering of inventory required for the operations of the outlet
- Ensure SOPs are upheld and disseminated to staff in a timely manner
- Ensure ongoing marketing/sale campaigns are launched smoothly and communicated to staff
- Manage the staff shift scheduling and manpower cost for the outlet
- Provide on-the-job training to staff and part-timers
- Ensure that all sales, returns, and refunds are recorded accurately and in accordance with HQ standards
- Provide timely data as required by HQ
- Assist Area Managers and Operations Managers in duties and tasks required
Job Requirements:
- Preferably at least Diploma or Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar industry
- Candidate with equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- A good team player with a positive attitude. Must be independent, resourceful, and organized
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
- Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making
- Malaysians only
Salary: FROM RM 2,500 per month
Allowance: RM100+RM50+Incentive
Working Hour: 7.5 daily & 1 off day weekly
Probation: 3 months
