Must be 18 years or older Possess at least SPM / O Level or above Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail. Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years in a retail or food service management role, with experience in supervising staff and managing store operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in cash management, staff training, beverage and food preparation, and inventory control. Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent required. Reliable, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, team development, and adherence to SOPs. Work according to shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Able to work 6 days per week. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking and processing orders, and addressing concerns. Follow SOPs for customer interaction and service to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, adhering to company guidelines. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to HQ recipes and SOPs; ensure that drinks and food items meet quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of beverage preparation equipment, such as espresso machines and blenders. Ensure outlet has sufficient manpower by managing the outlet timetable and monitoring staff attendance; supervise and support crew during shifts, providing training and guidance; monitor junior performance. Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, following company SOPs; manage cash transactions and assist with cash management tasks with the Store Manager. Conduct daily stock takes, reconcile counts with inventory records, manage inventory control, order and restock supplies, and ensure equipment is in good condition; avoid over-ordering and expiration of goods. Mengendalikan pertanyaan, kebimbangan dan aduan pelanggan secara profesional dan segera.
Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan melalui perkhidmatan yang penuh perhatian.
Pengendalian dan Transaksi Tunai
Mengendalikan cashier dan mengendalikan transaksi tunai dengan tepat.
Memproses pembayaran, bayaran balik dan pertukaran mengikut dasar kedai.
Kekalkan laci tunai yang seimbang dan selaraskan urus niaga pada penghujung syif.
Pengendalian Stok
Rak stok, rak dan paparan untuk mengekalkan penampilan kedai yang kemas dan teratur.
Pantau tarikh luput produk dan ganti stok mengikut keperluan.
Membantu dalam pengurusan inventori dan menjalankan pemeriksaan stok secara berkala.
Syarat-Syarat 1. Warganegara Malaysia, berumur 18 & keatas 2. Komitmen kerja sekurang-kurangnya 3 bulan (Fulltime) 3. Ada kenderaan sendiri untuk ke tempat kerja & cover outlet lain (jika diperlukan) 4. Boleh kerja mengikut jadual syif 5. Bekerja 6 hari seminggu, 1 hari cuti (berdasarkan jadual) 6. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years in a retail or food service management role, with experience in supervising staff and managing store operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in cash management, staff training, beverage and food preparation, and inventory control. Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent required. Reliable, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations. We are looking for a Senior Store Sales Supervisor to oversee store operations and lead the crew in a café/retail environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and company guidelines. Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, processing orders accurately, addressing concerns, following SOPs for consistent high-quality service, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Beverage and Food Preparation: prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to HQ recipes and SOPs; ensure items meet quality and presentation standards; maintain cleanliness and proper operation of beverage equipment. Crew Supervision: ensure adequate staffing through managing the outlet schedule and monitoring attendance; supervise and support crew during shifts; provide training and ongoing guidance; monitor performance and provide feedback to maintain high standards. Operational Management: oversee daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures; manage cash transactions and operate the register in accordance with company policies; work with Store Manager on cash management tasks and financial reporting.
