Job Description
Working closely with the local Category Team to execute final planogram and visual print Ordering fixtures and briefing / adapting visuals to meet retail objectives and drive sales Coordinating with appointed vendors and store teams on the delivery of fixtures /grids / POSM Conducting regular evaluation of vendor work execution and quality of implementation in store Maintaining a catalogue of fixtures, costings, and inventory, and replacing broken / missing grids Monitoring all Sephora Collection fixtures and locations by store Being responsible for execution of seasonal fixture updates (e.g. labels, visuals, fitting updates)
Planograms
Supporting in the execution of planograms developed by Regional Space Planning team Coordinating and tracking grid procurement to deployment to stores Ensuring that planograms are available on Open Access (OA) prior to the update, and all brand updates and information are provided in CONNECT for the store team to execute Consolidating all brands updates and managing calendar for planogram updates and installation schedule with vendors
Animations Executingbrands animation calendar planning with Local Category, Regional Animations team, with guidance from Manager Ensuring animation bookings are aligned with the Regional Team and executing designs provided Providing animations book with accurate and complete information on schedule to sales operations team and vendors Working with local and regional Supply Chain Teams prior to animations to ensure sufficient stocks Sharing post-animation reports, learnings, and recommended next steps for every animation cycle Preparing for monthly meeting with the Regional Activations and Space Team Sending market animation highlights monthly to the Regional Team Store Renovations / Openings Collaborating with the Regional Visual Merchandising Team for brand fixtures order, visuals print and installation Working closely with the Store Team, Category Team and Project Team on the project schedule and floorplan Managing installation and merchandising schedule with vendors and brands Ordering / adapting fixtures in accordance with final approved floor plan / opening needs Ensuring that new floorplans and animations initiatives drive new store / renovated store targets COREFA Management Raising POs in COREFA for all job orders Supporting the Manager in aligning expenses landing monthly to ensure accurate spending We would love to hear from you if you are/have… A degree of professional qualification in Business / Marketing or related studies At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, in an FMCG / Beauty / Retail industry is highly preferred Resourceful and able to thrive in a dynamic environment Planning, organisation, and time management skills Ability to multitask, handle tight timelines and provide quick solutions to problems Good interpersonal skills to work closely with stakeholders across a variety of functions internally and external vendors, brand partners Data driven and result-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly Here, you will find: Community

Job Description
Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising guidelines aligned with brand identity and commercial goals. Lead store window concepts, floor layouts, and in-store displays across multiple locations. Collaborate with marketing, retail, and buying teams to align visual campaigns with product launches and promotions. Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent execution and gather feedback. Analyze performance metrics to optimize visual presentation strategies. Train and support in-store teams on visual standards, styling, and presentation techniques.
The Successful Applicant
At least 3-5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in lifestyle or fashion retail and leadership. Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for aesthetics, color, and design. Experience managing visual execution across multiple stores or regions. Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively across departments. A proactive, trend-aware mindset and passion for elevating brand experience.

Posted Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 4:00 PM Job Summary To implement effective visual merchandising in retail stores (own retail, business partners and distributors) in accordance with the guidelines from Clarks international and ensuring delivery of Clarks brand image Responsibilities Design and create special displays props, floor plan for seasonal promotions, new opening stores, pops-up store, special event and brand standard Ensure the availability and high quality of all merchandising materials to align visual goals Develop VM/retail guideline on schedule for seasonal launch Supervise vendors (props & furnitures) to ensure the quality meets brand standard Oversea SEA markets to ensure VM are up to global standard as require from UK Successful roll-out of given SD and VM guidelines from UK and to support the targeted focus product groups in the right brand tone and image Ensure in-store displays are in line with driving maximum sales potential of selected focus products Trade customers receive all POSMs on time and all POS are rolled out on time. Allocation of all POSM are sufficient for all stores in the right proportion Ensure product display are in line with desired focus on target product groups, and right products are at the right display Respond appropriately to queries from trade customers on VM displays and POS applications Ensure set up of ad hoc activities are as per requirement and effectively implemented Ensure processes comply to internal Clarks standard and of local legislation Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a retail brand organisation Experience working in a Multi-National Corporation (MNC) Strong written and verbal English and a secondary Asian language Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance Strong IT skills; proficient user of Microsoft office programs SD and VM experience Understanding of shoes business Reasonable level of artistic flair Sharp visual awareness skills Experienced in in-store merchandise planning Ability to multi-task and to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced retailing environment Have independently set up new store along the desired VM guidelines Have single-handedly changed all in-store seasonal POS materials Independently travel out of allocated geographical allocated area to conduct VM training for trade customers.
