Jobs & Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive guidance and training to the supply chain team, ensuring their ongoing development and performance (For Manager Role Only)
- Coordinate and monitor third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) activities related to inventory management, warehousing, and secondary assembly within regulatory guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with distributors to manage demand forecasts, order replenishment cycles, invoicing processes, and goods receipt documentation.
- Track inventory issues proactively, escalating unresolved matters to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory targets by maintaining safety stock levels, optimising fill rates, and monitoring months-on-hand as approved by management.
- Prepare detailed reports on forecast accuracy and inventory performance versus established targets for senior management review.
- Monitor inventory at the SKU level to recommend rationalisation or adjustments based on evolving demand trends.
- Oversee backorders, shipments, freight-related issues, and coordinate product disposal activities with relevant partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation and standard operating procedures for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function to drive operational excellence.
Skills & Experiences :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential for effective reporting and communication.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English as well as Bahasa Malaysia is necessary to liaise with regional stakeholders.
- A minimum of six years' (Manager) & three years (Senior SC Analyst) experience in warehousing and distribution within a 3PL-managed environment focused on order fulfilment in the medical devices industry is highly desirable.
- At least two to three years' experience in a managerial or leadership capacity with proven success developing high-performing teams is expected (Manager)
- Demonstrated expertise managing end-to-end supply chain activities including demand planning, warehousing, inventory control, distribution, and logistics is crucial.
- Familiarity with Malaysian customs regulations along with import/export documentation requirements is important for compliance purposes.
- Hands-on experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle as well as forecasting tools like JDA will be advantageous.

- Accountable for total materials management for customer

About The Role
The Supply Chain Executive plays a critical role in ensuring operational and fulfillment success across all of RPG’s portfolio of multi-million dollar D2C brands. You will be an integral member in our Supply Chain team, responsible for optimizing fulfillment levels and ensuring sufficient supply to end consumers worldwide. Qualified candidates are independent self-starters who work well with ambiguity, like building processes and are obsessed with details.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Management:
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
- Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently, maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety.
- Implement best practices for warehouse layout and space utilization.
Fulfillment Operations:
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams to meet fulfillment targets.
- Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve service levels and reduce lead times.
Analytical and Strategic Planning:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Quality Control (QC):
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to confirm production completion dates.
- Communicate with both internal and external QC partners to arrange inspections.
- Review and verify QC reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipment schedules.
- Communicate with freight forwarders to arrange logistics.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
- Work closely with Finance to confirm prompt payment processing.
- Support the Business Development (BD) team by obtaining shipment quotations from freight forwarders.
Ad Hoc :
- Source local pickup and delivery service providers as needed.
- Identify and engage freight forwarders for import and export operations.
What You Need To Have
- Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or the equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain/Operations/Freight related role in an ecommerce-centric organization preferably
- Proven problem-solver in a high-volume operations environment with regional/ global exposure
- Intermediate proficiency introducing and utilizing various business tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, GoogleSheets, Dashboards, SQL)
- You should be a strong team player with excellent people and communication skills
- Critical thinker with a natural inclination toward all things data, and a mind for continuous improvement
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
- Able to converse in Mandarin as the role requires you to liaise with partners in China

Job Purpose:
Under general supervision, plans, coordinates and schedules the requisitioning and manufacturing of parts and components required for the assembly of finished products for an assigned product line.

Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to forecast product demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery and coordinating with external suppliers to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses for inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound freight to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor third-party vendor performance against SLAs and proactively resolve any supply or logistics disruptions.

The “Supply Chain Analyst ” will be based in Flex PTP.
In charge of customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts. Hold up material manager or director to develop, implement GPSC reports, data research trends to facilitate resolutions making.
Responsibilities:
- Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.
- Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customer to use Flex preferred suppliers.
- Interfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues.
- Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
- Manages component cost/price on a local, regional and global basis.
- Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.
- Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers.

- Increase Vendor Managed Inventory, Reduced Guide-Time and Electronic Data Interface penetration.
Supply Management:

- Measure and report Purchase Price Variance and initiate action plans.
- Monitor and manage supplier times.
- Mitigates shortages, excess on order and excess on hand.
- Participate on and help global and regional commodity teams.
- Contribute information/data on top spend suppliers for quarterly scorecards.
- Manages material cost reviews.
- Drive initiatives to improve gross material margin.
- Identify, implement and drive actions for Retained Purchase Price Variance (RPPV) optimization.
- Drive reconciliation process with customer (PPV, Premium charges, carrying costs, freight charges, excess and obsolete inventory, Non-cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR), etc.)
- Identify opportunities to increase turnkey business and develop materials management plan.
- Coordinate quarterly/monthly PPV hard call process.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or other related area.
- Must have an understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies.

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of material handling in the order fulfilment, receiving, warehouse operations and delivery, including managing third party warehouse and toller relationships, inventory accuracy, and S&OP planning. Work with commercial, PSI and business operations team on NPI and other special projects in alignment with the company’s Medium-Term Plan (MTP)
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain & Customer Service regarding scheduling and delivery related activities.
Inventory Management
Be capable of determining the business inventory management strategies and objectives
Know how to set up an effective inventory control system and understand the different classes of inventory
Maintain high inventory accuracy through various techniques including inventory audits, quarterly physical inventory stocktakes, and cycle counting
Manage inventory level to achieve target with and effectively manage surplus and obsolete inventories
Third Party Warehouse, Logistics & Toller Management
Ensure 3PL vendors meet company requirements on EHS & Compliance through regular audits
Analyse gaps/failure in 3PL vendors and set up corrective and preventive actions
Monitor 3PL vendors invoices to ensure costs are billed correctly and timely
Monitor quality of tolled products
Ensure that all agreed procedures and KPIs such as OTD, inventory accuracy, shipping accuracy, etc. are met
Product & Regulatory Compliance
Accountable locally for Supply Chain and business regulatory compliance by ensuring required permits are available and valid
Monitor regulation changes and ensure regulatory compliance in all local aspects i.e. customs, import/export licenses, labels, DG storage and waste disposal
Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance in all logistics aspects i.e. IMDG, IATA, road transport, customs and permits/licenses

Drive operations to achieve Supply Chain KPIs such as On Time Commitment (OTC), freight and logistics costs targets, inventory etc.
