Infant Care Nurses
and
Toddler Educators
to join our growing Luminary family!
In this role, you’ll nurture and guide our little ones—from
6 months to 3 years old —through their earliest moments of growth and discovery. You’ll create a clean, safe, and sensory‑rich environment filled with love, care, and laughter.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive daily care: feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, and establishing comforting sleep routines.
Observe and document each child’s health, growth, and developmental milestones.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with JKM-KPWKM standards.
Communicate warmly and professionally with parents about their child’s wellbeing.
Plan and implement age‑appropriate bonding and play‑based activities.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Participate in school events such as Family Day, concerts, and parent‑teacher meetings.
Qualifications
Caring, patient, and responsible personality.
Diploma or Degree in
Nursing
(registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia),
Early Childhood Education , or equivalent.
Candidates with
KAP / Childcare certification
are highly encouraged.
Fresh graduates with a nurturing heart are welcome — KAP sponsorship will be provided.
Benefits & Compensation
Monthly Salary:
RM2,200 – RM3,000 (depending on experience)
Performance incentives / bonuses
EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions
Low infant‑to‑caregiver ratio
for quality care
Training provided
in infant development, routines, and responsive caregiving
KAP course sponsorship
for qualified candidates
