Observe and document each toddler's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones, providing insights to the lead teacher for individualized planning. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols to protect the well-being of the children. Provide attentive care to toddlers, including assisting with feeding, diapering, and toileting, while fostering their independence and self-care skills. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress, behavior, and any relevant information, fostering a strong home-school partnership. Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of early childhood education and Montessori principles.
