About the role

Join our 70+ strong APAC Design & Research team, spanning Australia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. We’re on a mission to simplify and personalise the job discovery and hiring experience for job seekers and employers.

As aPrincipal Visual Designer , you’ll lead high-impact, strategic design initiatives across the business. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders on complex, ambiguous problems sometimes embedded in delivery teams, other times focused on broader strategic goals. Your expertise will help shape consistent, high-quality design outcomes while mentoring and guiding others on design best practices and business impact.

Responsibilities

Lead complex design projects including research, analysis, and innovative proof of concepts while collaborating with senior stakeholders and business partners

  • Create innovative user interfaces and drive improvements to design systems, tooling, and workflows
