Design and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions using Java, NodeJS, GoLang and related technologies Collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver software solutions that meet business requirements Ensure that software systems are reliable, performant, and maintainable through effective testing, monitoring, and maintenance practices Continuously improve software development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance team productivity, quality, and delivery speed Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the fintech industry and identify opportunities to leverage them in software development activities
About You
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on OOP Strong experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and/or Struts Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and database design principles Experience with RESTful web services and API design Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration and delivery Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bonus
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Kotlin Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
