Renesas is hiring a **Staff Test Engineer** for the **System Attach PMIC (SAP)** business unit to lead new product test development from concept to high-volume production. This role works closely with design and applications teams to define test modes, execute characterization, and ensure products meet Renesas' quality standards. Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer science.
+ 8+ years of strong experience in ATE test development for analog, digital and mixed signal on ETS364. 93k,Micorflex and ETS800 a plus.
+ Experience in programming such as C++, basic, Perl, python, etc.
+ Experience in testing and collecting data on IC chips or circuits using standard tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.
+ Experience with data analysis and GR&R methodology. JMP application knowledge is a plus.
+ Proficient with ATE analog/digital instruments, PCB layout parasitic reduction, and strong debug/troubleshooting experience
+ Hands-on experience in debugging analog products with serial bus interfaces
+ Travel 0-10%

**Job Summary**
Sustaining Staff Product Engineers ensures product continuity after mass production by manage products lifecycle, resolving production/ customer issues, and improving COGS. + Cross function interface with Operation, QA, Reliability, Factory and OSAT

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree Engineering in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Computer or related fields with at least have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Engineering.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
+ Proficient in Data manipulation and analysis skill. Familiar with JMP, PDF Exenso is a plus.
+ Product Management skill. Strong sense of Cost, ROI and efficiency
+ Familiar with Integrated Circuit semiconductor process

Job Description
**Job Responsibility:**
+ Identify suitable designs, equipment and processes to qualify PQFN (Power Quad Flat-No lead) packages for SPS (Smart Power Stage) products & its associated modules.
+ Establish and Execute Process characterizations, Qualifications, customer PCN for the related packages and OSAT sites.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
+ 3 or more years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on Fiori and S/4 Hana.
+ Extensive knowledge of ABAP programming language, including advanced concepts such as BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements.
+ Hands-on experience with Fiori design principles, SAPUI5, SAP BTP, and OData services.
+ Good technical knowledge in the ABAP workbench and Eclipse with ADT (for CDS and OData) including PDF Forms.
+ Experience in supporting IDOC, SFTP, WebService integration.
+ Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects from conception to implementation.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Senior / Staff New Product Integration (NPI) Engineer
Position Overview
Broadcom is currently seeking an experienced Senior / Staff New Product Integration (NPI) Engineer to join our engineering team. This position plays a pivotal role in driving the successful introduction and integration of new electronic products into manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, enhancing yield and product performance, and ensuring process and product quality from design through mass production.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage cross-functional teams to support the integration of new processes and technologies, with a focus on yield enhancement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
+ Collaborate closely with R&D during the product development phase to define and implement Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Take proactive measures to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to manufacturing and quality during MPV and production ramp-up.
+ Conduct data-driven analyses using Six Sigma methodologies and statistical tools to identify opportunities for product yield improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced reliability.
+ Develop and implement electrical and RF test strategies for new product characterization and validation.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across design, process, and testing functions to enhance overall product performance and manufacturability.
Qualifications and Requirements
+ Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
+ Minimum 6- 8 years of industry experience, preferably in new product engineering, process development, or test development.
+ Proven ability to interpret electronic circuit schematics; working knowledge of RF components is highly advantageous.
+ Proficient in engineering and data analysis tools, including ADS, JMP, and Python.
+ Strong knowledge of deep machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Transformers, Pytorch. Hands-on experience with LLMs agent framework (LangChain, ADK), RAG architectures, embedding models, and vectorization techniques, is considered a significant advantage.
+ Demonstrated expertise in data science, statistical analysis, and application of Six Sigma principles (Green or Black Belt certification preferred).
+ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
+ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
+ Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
