Job Description

About the job EXECUTIVE, DATA MANAGEMENT Role and Impact

To maintain adequate Equipment Bill of Material (BOM) that can be utilized for spare part management and to work very closely within Supply Chain Division, Engineering & Facilities Division, Project Integration Division and Operation Division team to improve and achieve high level of inventory control in order to support Material Planning Department to achieve level of supply ability.

BOM Management

  • Create, modify and maintain accurate and consistent multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) for the company's upon data received from engineering.
  • Reviews BOMs to ensure they are complete and accurate prior to releasing them.
  • In coordination with the Engineering and other team members to identify data required and inform of missing data needed to complete any projects.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders including Engineering, to ensure that BOM lists are constantly maintained and evolve in line with recent modifications or changes.
  • Work with engineering to ensure correct BOMs are being used real time following product changes.
  • Compiling material list for MRP import.
  • Maintain reports and data to ensure information is up to date.
  • Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned.


Document & Process

  • To generate and prepare all types of reports required by the management and other users of inventory reports.
  • To generate and publish weekly and monthly KPI Reports to the management.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
Experience
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences in Bill of Material Management
Skills
  • MRP/ERP system experience
  • Can work independently
  • Process oriented
  • Ability to understand, explain, apply and guide others on assessing and managing risks, use and integrate PTP information systems and provide optimal support.
  • Ability to comprehend, explain and assure the quality of IMS, manage documents, and master database and use of Information System & Tech Knowledge, analyze data & manage use of information and use data for decision making.
  • Aware and understand on the quality assurance and control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Governance & Management

  • Oversee and execute daily data operations, including ingestion, formatting, mapping, and staging of incoming data from subscribers, JIM, SSM, and CCRIS.
  • Develop, maintain and execute data dictionaries, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Ensure all data usage aligns with the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 and PDPA 2010.

Data Quality & Accuracy

  • Monitor, improve and execute data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through automated and manual quality checks.
  • Lead root cause analysis for data errors or anomalies and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate periodic data audits and cleansing initiatives.

Team & Process Management

  • Supervise and guide a team of data analysts or data operations executives.
  • Develop work plans, KPIs, and schedules for efficient data workflow and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and customer service teams on data-related issues or enhancements.

System Integration & Automation

  • Support the integration of new data sources or partners via APIs, SFTP, or batch processing.
  • Drive automation of data pipelines, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data integration processesto collect data from different sources, clean and format it, and store it in a usable format in a data warehouse or database
  • Create reporting tools to improve operational efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate operational and exception reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and maintain data traceability and audit trails.
  • Prepare presentations and dashboards for management review.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time.
  • Collaborate with all cross-functional teams to ensure that objectives and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Manage and monitor direct reports / special projects / initiatives in various areas by establishing objectives and following up.
  • Prepare detailed reporting and metrics using verified data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 27001, or Data Governance are considered an added advantage.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in data operations or management, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in credit reporting, financial services, or regulatory environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL tools, and data quality frameworks.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Familiar with credit data (CCRIS, Trade Credit Reference, SSM, Litigation), bankruptcy records (JIM), and KYC/eKYC processes.
  • High attention to detail with structured, process-driven thinking.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Working Experience (Years / Type)

  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in data-related disciplines (e.g., Data Governance, Data Management, Regulatory Reporting, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL, or Data Architecture)
  • Proven experience in data stewardship and governance within the banking sector
  • Ability to design and implement data quality rules and resolve data issues across various domains, including solid knowledge and practical implementation experience in regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for a bank, including regulatory reporting, BCBS 239.
  • Hands-on experience with data governance tools, particularly Collibra, and knowledge of other DG tools (e.g., Alation, Informatica, etc.) and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, etc.)
  • Excellent documentation and process management skills, collaborative mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Having experience in banks or consulting firms advising banking clients on implementing data governance frameworks and tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives, and involving practical work is valuable.

Job Description

You will support master data maintenance in the AP region for all SBUs, functions, all geographies, etc. Enterprise level in a centralized, shared and standardized manner using standard processes and tools. You will report directly to AP Data Strategy & Master Data Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support Master Data Maintenance activities; creation, update, deactivation, reactivation, and request·

  • Able to meet SLA requirement ·

  • You will be responsible for data quality and data accuracy·

  • You will support ERP system Implementation and centralization activities·

  • You will adheres to data policies and procedures

  • You will need to run basic queries over the data sets to extract information·

  • You will work with large volumes of data; sort, filter, pivot, summarize, error check, etc.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent writing and spoken English and Chinese

  • Ability to work with large volumes of data; sort, filter, pivot, summarize, error check, etc.
