Summary

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for Data Management to lead a dedicated team of data managers and analysts. This team will collaborate closely with our GTS to design, implement, and manage data sources and DataMart solutions. These solutions are the backbone of efficient and secure access to critical business data. Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks and data governance practices to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Vendor Management: Effective collaboration with our GTS department to help evaluate and manage relationships with data access and warehousing technology vendors.

Evaluate and manage non-enterprise data vendors.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular reports on data access and warehousing performance and compliance.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of data access processes and data warehouse architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting managing a high number of large data sets, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, data analysis, and data access control.

Excellent resourcefulness and entrepreneurial skills to lift and pivot projects as priorities change

Strong leadership and team management skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading people.

Proficiency in data warehousing technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, AWS Redshift, Snowflake).

Knowledge of data access control tools and methodologies.

Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

Certification in relevant data management or warehousing technologies is a plus.
