Node.js Development - As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop across the front and back- ends, including developing and integrating services and APIs. In addition, you will be skilled in Javascript, Angular/React, NodeJS, C#/Java. • Design high level design & detailed solution based on API features • Preparing swagger files • To perform requirement analysis and oversee the implementation of architectures of project scope • To provide customized reusable solutions of project, program or operational scope • To lead the application designs and responsible for the solution outcome. • To develop high-quality and detailed designs • Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality deliverables • Liaising with project stakeholders – Management, ITPM, BA, Developers and business to ensure projects are on track. • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals • To conduct unit testing using automated unit test frameworks and identify and address possible risk by conducting mitigation action planning • Reviewing the work of other developers with feedback for improvement • To provide level 3 Support BAU once the API’s/ projects are delivered to production • Architect and implement web/mobile UI/UX based on provided wireframes based on business requirements • Participate in design discussions for acquiring better understanding of the product and domain. • Review Technical Specification and detailed design in accordance with requirements and platform specifications • Assist in coming out with Solution Architecture document • Provide program flow/ pseudo code from technical specs, Review Technical Specs and signoff, review code and version of code

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of IT work experience in software development • Hands-on experience with Java and proficient in OOB • Strong knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals • Expert experience with Spring Framework • Experience with testing methodologies that cover unit, integration, and system testing. • Ability to manage projects. • Experience with application testing protocols. • Excellent troubleshooting skills. • Good communication skills.

• Assist in reporting and documentation

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic technology team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong backend development background and a passion for building high-performance, cloud-native applications. While experience in Kotlin, Spring Boot and Kubernetes is a plus, we also welcome experienced Java backend engineers who are open to learning Kotlin, frontend technologies and DevOps practices.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work closely with DevOps engineers, product owners, and frontend developers to build and deploy scalable microservices in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot
• Build scalable and responsive systems using reactive programming techniques (e.g., WebFlux)
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Integrate messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure cloud-based deployments and system reliability using AWS
• Monitor application health and performance using observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and DevOps engineers

4. Independent and self-responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments (Test automation/ CI/CD / blackduck).
5. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as part of a software development project.

Qualifications

1. Education in IT or related industry.
2. Experience with Agile methodologies.
3. Experience with free and open-source technologies, enterprise technologies like Jira/Confluence.
4. IT and Programming related certification.
