We are seeking a skilled BOT Administrator to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. This role is critical in supporting and maintaining our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) infrastructure, specifically within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, performance, and security of our automation platform, directly contributing to the efficiency of key insurance operations such as claims processing, policy administration, and customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), including bot scheduling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Perform bot deployment, version control, and release management across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide first‑line support for bot exceptions and failures, conducting root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions with development teams.
Monitor bot execution logs and performance metrics to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met for insurance processes.
Maintain and configure the RPA infrastructure, including bot runners, control rooms, and associated applications.
Implement and adhere to security best practices for access control, credential management, and compliance within the insurance regulatory framework.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners in the insurance divisions to communicate bot performance and address operational issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for bot administration procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a BOT Administrator, RPA Support Engineer, or in a similar role.
Hands‑on administrative experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and bot lifecycle management.
Basic knowledge of insurance processes (e.g., underwriting, claims, new business) is highly advantageous.
Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a structured manner.
