Overview* The Medical Laboratory Technologist is responsible for performing product manufacturing and interpreting product quality assurance testing results in the department. The technician will perform daily testing, support laboratory functions, and assist relevant personnel with special projects as needed and assigned, including: Maintaining high standards of quality, control, and assurance for all analyses conducted in the laboratory. Performing offshore/onshore related activities. Ensuring data reliability through adherence to quality assurance protocols. Providing technical support and guidance to laboratory personnel. Investigating quality incidents related to laboratory activities. Being responsible and accountable for all laboratory activities under supervision, while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, internal SOPs, and client requirements related to analysis and data generation. Planning maintenance and calibration schedules for laboratory instrumentation. Ensuring compliance with all company programs, contributing to customer service excellence, and adhering to QA/QC, HSE, environmental, and regulatory standards. Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering from a recognized university or college. 2 to 3+ years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, where applicable. Experience in laboratory applications.
