Job Description Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture according to established procedures.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
Coordinate with relevant departments and PIC to ensure smooth medical test runs.
Assist pharmacists/managers with walk‑in customer handling – answering enquiries, directing customers to appropriate departments and introducing company services and products.
Participate in sales and business development activities.
Maintain administration training, ethics and industry knowledge.
Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers to ensure high‑quality service.
Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and other channels.
Resolve problems efficiently and timely.
Collaborate with personnel from different departments to complete work processes.
Coordinate appointments between doctors and patients.
Oversee day‑to‑day business and administrative operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate business records and prepare regular management reports.
Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow‑ups.
Manage procurement, inventory and office supplies.
Liaise with vendors, service providers and external partners.
Support HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding.
Organize company events, meetings and training sessions.
Monitor project progress and provide administrative support across departments.
Perform other assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least one of the following:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Science & Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
No work experience required. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Having a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification is an added advantage. Training will be provided.

Display Measurement Support: Perform various optical and electrical measurements on display panels (brightness, contrast, color accuracy) and set up & operate specialized display measurement equipment (colorimeters, etc.).
Camera (Imager) Measurement Support: Assist engineers in performing image quality & sensor characterization measurements on camera modules and imaging systems; support setup & maintenance of imager test benches and lighting environments.
Display Noise Measurement: Execute specific measurements to characterize & quantify noise artifacts (temporal noise, etc.) and document and report noise‑related measurement results accurately.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Education: A Technical Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Physics, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in a laboratory or R&D environment, ideally involving electrical or optical measurements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating standard electrical lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, function generators); basic knowledge of circuit analysis & troubleshooting; familiarity with optical measurement principles & camera operation is a significant plus; competency in using PC‑based software for data logging & analysis (Excel, basic scripting).
