• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to a small group of students.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Needs Educator located in Petaling Jaya. The Special Needs Educator will be responsible for teaching and managing a range of educational activities tailored for children with autism. Daily tasks include creating and implementing individualized education plans, preparing teaching materials, monitoring progress, and working closely with other staff to prepare children for mainstream education. The educator will also focus on improving children's communication and motor skills through structured learning and play-based activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Special Education and Teaching
• Knowledge of working with Disabilities and understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Experience in teaching middle school children is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Patience, compassion, and a strong commitment to inclusive education
