A degree or relevant qualification in special education, teaching, or a related field Proven experience working with students who have diverse learning needs, such as autism, ADHD, or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues Exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students with special needs Proficient in the use of assistive technologies and teaching aids to support student learning What we offer
