About the RoleAs a Special Needs Education Teacher at Hi 5 SEN, you will play a key role in delivering structured and individualised learning programs tailored to children with developmental delays, autism, and learning difficulties. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create inclusive, engaging, and goal-driven classroom experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement IEP-based lessons across academic, behavioural, and social domains
- Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning profiles
- Provide classroom management and emotional support to students
- Collaborate with therapists and parents on student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in teaching children with special needs (PPKI experience is a plus)
- Familiar with IEPs, differentiated instruction, and inclusive practices
- Excellent classroom and behavioural management skills
- Passionate, patient, and collaborative team player
