**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze input requests and identify suitable suppliers from the approved supplier panel.
+ Prepare RFQs, conduct quote analysis, negotiate terms, and manage supplier selection and approvals.
+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including "make or buy" analysis and supplier footprint optimization.
+ Ensure accurate PO and info record management, transferring relevant data to SCM.
+ Drive key procurement KPIs, including material productivity, lead time performance, and supplier quality.
+ Manage material productivity, price negotiations, VA/VE projects, and cost reduction initiatives.
+ Optimize supplier pricing, inventory management, and MOQ requirements for production needs.
+ Consolidate supplier footprint, introduce new suppliers, and establish supplier agreements.
+ Ensure compliance with TE regulations (RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals) and contractual obligations.
+ Conduct regular supplier risk assessments and drive corrective actions through QBRs.

**What your background should look like:**
+ **Education** : Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

Conduct risk assessments for new suppliers and legacy suppliers not done yet. Execute commodity strategies aligned with business objectives Enhancing Localization and Global Expansion, especially for Asia market Monitor global market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and geopolitical factors.
