• Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Engage with executives and decision-makers to position solutions, conduct workshops, and stay updated on industry trends to refine offerings.

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Cloud Consulting, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations and passion for cloud and AI are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Tencent Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and software architectures.
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure, DevOps, microservices, APIs, AI/ML, security, and networking.
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations, PoCs, and demos.
• Understanding of IT security, compliance, and scalability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into business value.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and proposal writing is a plus.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join us as a key member of our organization. You will be focused on driving customer acquisition and satisfaction. You ideally have experience in providing exceptional pre-sales support, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and partnering with the sales team to develop winning strategies.

What you’ll be doing

- Build strong customer relationships through onsite and remote interactions, providing technical expertise during pre-sales.

- Conduct product demonstrations, address inquiries, and articulate ServiceRocket's value proposition.

- Partner with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Identify opportunities for ServiceRocket solutions, contribute to sales plans, and participate in proposal creation.

- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) or proof-of-value (POV) initiatives, design workshops, and offer technical guidance for RFPs.

- Contribute to the development of pre-built templates, webinars, and demonstrations.

What you’ll bring to the table

- 3+ years of successful customer-facing solutions architecture experience with Atlassian products implementations, cloud migrations, digital transformation, and others.

- Experience with technical pre-sales or solution consulting in the field of information technology.

- Excellent technical and non-technical communication, presentation, workshop and storytelling skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. • Study and analyze user and business requirements to develop end-to-end logical designs for web applications.
