About the Role As the Solution Engineer, you will serve as the customer‑facing advocate for Razorpay Curlec’s suite of products, supporting prospects with technical implementation for large enterprises. This role reports to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team at Razorpay and will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration of Razorpay Curlec’s platform with merchants, enabling seamless payment solutions.
Responsibilities
Have a deep understanding of the entire Razorpay Curlec product suite.
Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and possess strong coding skills in at least one programming language.
Implement solutions provided by Razorpay Curlec for key clients.
Represent Razorpay Curlec from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants.
Ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Razorpay Curlec and merchants.
Support the reactive queries and requests raised by merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
Act as a key feedback channel for customer product requirements and expectations, and close the loop with the Product team.
Validate requirements for product customization requests from clients.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in product‑based payments or SaaS platform integrations, implementation, or solutions in a customer‑facing role.

Responsibilities Act as the
technical lead in pre-sales activities , working closely with the Business Development team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable analytics solutions. Prepare
technical proposals, solution designs, and tender documentation
aligned with customer needs and tender specifications. Conduct
product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC), and proof-of-value (POV)
sessions for potential customers using platforms such as
Alteryx ,
Tableau ,
Cloudian
and
Dremio . Collaborate with internal teams (data engineers, analysts, and consultants) to develop solution architectures and cost estimates. Create and deliver impactful presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide technical responses during proposal evaluations, RFP/Q&A sessions, and client meetings. Stay informed on emerging analytics technologies, AI trends, and competitors’ offerings to strengthen solution positioning. Maintain accurate documentation of solution designs, technical proposals, and demonstration environments. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.0+ Fresh graduates
with strong interest and ambition to become a Solution Engineer
are encouraged to apply Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with customers at all levels Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g.,
Alteryx, Tableau ) is an advantage Basic SQL skills and exposure to scripting (Python preferred) are beneficial Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate value propositions Strong proposal writing skills and understanding of tender processes are a plus Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with business development and technical teams Additional Points Experience with
data lakehouse platforms
(e.g., Dremio, Snowflake, Cloudian HyperStore) is a plus Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integration into analytics workflows is beneficial Prior experience in public sector or enterprise tender submissions is a bonus What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package. 8-month contract position with the potential for permanent placement.
