The Reliability Engineering Team is responsible for the overall health of critical systems across Vantage global facilities. The Reliability Engineer for electrical systems is responsible for the overall functional health of critical power systems. Requirements for this position include full familiarity with electrical systems arrangements, equipment types, electrical system protection components, electrical switchgear automation and control components, onsite power generation, and critical power distribution. The electrical Reliability Engineer understands potential system failures and extended effects of those failures, appropriate failure response actions, as well as maintenance and electrical testing techniques. Also required is an understanding of electrical system theory, an ability to read drawings and schematics, and an ability to identify likely failure points in design. Understand potential equipment failures and provide full technical support Facility Operations teams in the event of a critical system failure.
Conduct root cause analysis reviews with site teams and key OEM vendors and develop a corrective action program.
Provide systems reliability and maintainability feedback to the Design Engineering teams for future design considerations.

Validate maintenance performance by analyzing trends, operational history, and maintenance data.
