What You Will Be Responsible For

Responsible for the testing and maintenance of server software functions and interfaces, ensuring the resolution and closure of issues. Conduct overall system performance parameter testing and assist the team in performance optimization and verification of test items. Develop product test plans, test strategies, and solutions; write corresponding functional and performance test cases; and improve software testing methods and processes. Develop and debug automated test scripts or small tools to enhance testing efficiency. Analyze and compare competitor product metrics, output comparison results, and identify improvement goals.

How You Will Stand Out

Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Automation, Electronics, or related fields. Proficient in software testing design methodologies, capable of formulating test plans and strategies based on product requirements, drafting test plans and cases, executing tests, and delivering test reports. Familiar with commonly used Linux commands. Candidates with experience in at least one scripting language (Python/Shell) will be preferred. Knowledge of commonly used automation frameworks and capable of developing and debugging automated test cases. Possess sharp and detailed observation skills, with a strong sensitivity to identifying testing issues and phenomena. Strong sense of responsibility and patience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle work under pressure.

Senior Software Engineer (Testing Automation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement appropriate test automation tools, frameworks and technologies within organization
• Collaborate with software analysis team to understand test requirements and translate to automated test cases
• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using appropriate and up-to-date automation testing tools and programming languages
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure that testing activities are properly scoped and resourced.
• Responsible to execute automated test scripts and analyse test results

• Proficiency in automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

We are seeking a skilled Software QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. You will work closely with development teams to identify issues, implement automated testing solutions, and maintain high standards of software excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and performance issues. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Utilize SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB to query and validate database entries during testing processes. Conduct regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to validate software stability and scalability. Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Document and report bugs and technical issues, and track defects through to resolution. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role, with a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB for querying and validating database data. Proficiency in automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
