We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales professional to join one of our clients in Thailand. They are one of the global top Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution vendors in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Fashion and Apparel, Retail, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage (F&B), Beauty and Health and Consumer Electronics market.
Responsibilities:
• Generate business leads and revenue for designated territory
• Responsible for business plan development and drive complex solution sales cycles to deal closure
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals
• Identify business opportunities, analyze customer business requirement, and provide relevant business solutions
• Responsible for in-depth, broad-based sales presentations of the entire PLM Solution suite
• Produce written proposals and quotations for RFI/RFP/RFQ requests
• Work closely with local pre-sales, and technical team to win and deliver customer’s required solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven success selling PLM and/or related Enterprise Application Software (such as ERP, SCM, CRM, WMS etc)
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeded annual quotas
• Expertise or domain knowledge of Consumer Goods / Retail / Food & Beverage/ Healthcare and Beauty industry is a distinct advantage

Solution Design
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective system solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems.

- 1–5 years of experience in IT application development, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role within the supported IT domain (application design and development for digital systems).
- Proven experience in executing IT projects, with strong expertise in system application design and technology implementation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with middle management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of insurance business operations, including distribution channel models.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Proficient in developing applications using VB.NET or Java.
- Strong experience in writing and optimizing stored procedures.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, and Oracle, including T-SQL.
- Familiarity with architectural styles and APIs (e.g., RESTful APIs).
- Experience with Customer Communication Management tools or related projects involving SMS, email, and printing solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Unix and WebSphere Application Server.
- Familiarity with Java Servlets, Unix Shell Scripts, Windows Batch Scripts, and SFTP.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

This role is a primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for Honeywell across our full portfolio of Sustainable Technology Solutions – including Renewable Fuels, Advanced Plastics Recycling, Carbon Capture and Blue Hydrogen technologies, leveraging our broad suite of offerings. Use your knowledge of customers, industry and competition to identify and pursue opportunities for growth for Honeywell's Sustainable Technologies business. You will develop a strategy to gain new customers and to identify opportunities at our existing customer base to introduce new ways to deploy our technologies to build a robust sales pipeline across the region. You will partner closely with various functions of Honeywell and industry to create a roadmap, which will include building strategic customer relationships, joint ventures, partnerships, and developing other critical alliances.
As a key member of the Sales/BDteam you will use your commercial experience andtechnical knowledgeto develop the market and work closely with the sales organization to deliver successful outcomes to grow the STS business.You will develop appropriate market stakeholder relationships including country regulatory agencies, upstream / midstream and downstream operators, sequestration hub developers, EPCs and local partners as required to successfully position Honeywell solutions. Moreover, you will act as a business partner with potential customers, establishing relationships & maximizing the business potential for both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop customer relationships with companies looking to deploy STS solutions
· Calling at all levels, including senior levels, of target customer organizations; engaging early with customer that are seeking technologies related to carbon capture
· Lead Sustainable Technologies Business Development activities for the region.
· Partner with sales to negotiate and close transactions
· Acts as an advisor/consultant to understand customers unmet needs
· Be able to hold technical and economic plastics circularity discussions with end users
· Continuously identifying new sales opportunities and focusing on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account
· Managing and building customer contacts, serving as Honeywell’s ambassador in the APAC marketplace.
· Regional focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations. Liaise with Global STS Business Development Manager and Business Team on all pursuits and negotiations
· Accountable for/lead team through opportunity assessment and development process through NDA, project assessment, credit/risk review, commercial and financial diligence & compliance review
· Responsible for motivating others; providing strategic vision for growth in this new space while driving self and others for positive business results for Honeywell and the customer
· Support internal teams (Proposal/Technical Solution Consultants/Line of Business) by offering market & competitive insights and help develop compelling value proposition
· Relentless drive to excel in all aspects (be it internal reporting or shaping sharp well thought out proposals/pitch to customers)
· Participating in conferences, fairs, industry events, meetings and networking
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Minimum 15 years of business development, sales and/or technology experience
Broad knowledge ofrefining, petrochemicals and gas processing (including renewable fuels, carbon capture and hydrogen production) technologies
Experience in Business Development with a hunter’s attitude
Financial awareness of the levers that can be applied to make project feasible
Efficient communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audiences

Experience navigating complex sales cycle and negotiations

About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Card Engineering team , you’ll help build the foundation of Reap’s card platform—designing, developing, and operating services that power card transactions, fraud detection, card lifecycle management, and developer-facing APIs.
You’ll be a key contributor in a high-ownership, cross-functional environment, working closely with product managers, designers, compliance, and other engineers. From authoring transaction workflows to implementing scalable event-driven services, your work will shape the core infrastructure used by clients, partners, and developers globally.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world financial problems at scale, care deeply about system correctness and resiliency, and thrive in fast-moving, collaborative teams.
What you’ll do
- Design and build backend services for card transaction processing, fraud detection, and/or card program management
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making with a focus on performance, fault tolerance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Risk, Finance, Compliance) to deliver robust, compliant financial systems
- Write clean, observable, and well-tested code in a service-oriented architecture
- Participate in code reviews, incident response, and ongoing reliability improvements
- Help evolve our engineering practices, tools, and system designs as we scale
Depending on your fit and team needs, you could work in one of the following sub-teams:
Transaction & Risk
- Real-time transaction processing and authorization
- Fraud detection systems, 3DS flows, and risk scoring
- Chargebacks, transaction rules, and monitoring
- Pre-funding, balance tracking, and reconciliation tools
- Billing systems and fee pipelines
- Treasury and banking system integrations
- Card issuance, shipping workflows, and configuration
- Tokenization and wallet provisioning (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Self-serve client tools for card management
- API gateway and authentication infrastructure
- Webhooks, observability, versioning, and sandbox environments
- Internal dev tools for debugging and testing
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fintech, infrastructure, or platform teams
- Experience building backend systems in a typed language (e.g., TypeScript, Java, Go, etc.)
- Solid grasp of distributed systems concepts: async processing, retries, observability, eventual consistency
- Strong judgment in balancing correctness, performance, and maintainability
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate technical tradeoffs effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
- Experience in card networks, 3DS, PCI, tokenization, or chargeback systems
- Built systems involving compliance or regulatory constraints
- Familiarity with Reap’s stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, AWS
- Worked in high-growth startups or platforms with external APIs
