  • Prior experience in the e-commerce, food delivery or fintech industry is a plus
  • Independent in drawing wireframes, crafting BRDs and designing test cases in a product capacity
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Well verse in both English and Malay, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

  • Create detailed product specifications (ie. UI/UX, FSD, etc) in line with business needs in consultation with other IT stakeholders (local or third party vendor) in order to guide and prioritise the efforts of the delivery

  • Manage end to end testing with regards to managing users, feedback and delivery; and performing functionality testing.

  • Assist on business cases relevant to your product scope with awareness of financial implications of potential projects.

  • Track and measure the success of your product launches including post launch evaluations.



Stakeholder Management

  • Manage, optimize and prioritize business demands in relation to business value generation and resource capacity with all business unit heads.

  • Manage, negotiate and influence relationships with senior leadership team and managers (inter and intra divisional) to deliver credible and consistent solution services.

  • Manage, negotiate and influence vendor, business partner and GroupIT relationships to provide delivery flexibility



Strategic Planning

  • Formulate and determine the long and mid-term strategic plan of the unit aligning to IT and business strategic priorities and objectives for responsible portfolio(s).

  • Identify and develop strong leadership and individual contributors to build a high performing team to maximize delivery to support business demands

  • Lead and influence the culture and governance on cost-efficient, agile and flexible delivery of IT solutions

  • Formulate policies, procedures, standards and best practice to drive center of excellence for IT solutions



People Development & Management

  • Lead, attract and retain high quality individual contributors to build the strategic and operational capabilities and sustainable by;

  • Setting clear direction, goals and engaging staff to translate these into personal actions;

  • Developing the leaders and high performers through effective learning and development;

Brief The role as the Product Management Executive would be providing support to the product management team to ensure that motorcycle products meet market needs and align with the company's strategic goals. This role involves assisting in various aspects of product development, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the R&D, Marketing and Sales; and Country Managers to define target products, market segmentation, demands and its speed to market.
  • Support the development of new chassis products for local and international motorcycle and motorsports brands.
  • Accountable in the product development and management processes from product drawing, product specifications including pricing strategy and competitor’s analysis.
  • Manage time and project planning effectively, including preparing presentations to stakeholders.
  • Act as the focal point between Product Management Manager and Product Designer, including Technician.
  • Work closely with the brand and marketing team to finalise on the packaging material as well as other key considerations.
  • Responsible in the correspondences on product development and progress, ensuring the timelines are met.
  • Other duties assigned by the superior and / or Management of the Group from time to time.
