We’re seeking a Software Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from conception to delivery—bridging technical, business, and user domains, driving innovation in RFID/IoT/Industry4.0 solutions. Location can either be in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, or Kluang, Johor.

Job Description

As Product Manager, you will:

Define and own the product vision, strategy & roadmap , aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis , and gather customer-driven insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, hardware, software, UX, sales, support).

Write and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) .

Oversee product development—from planning through QA, launch, and iteration.

Monitor performance against KPIs, gather user feedback, and refine product direction.

Partner on go-to-market strategy, positioning, training, and support materials.

Ensure product fits target verticals (apparel, logistics, healthcare) and scales globally.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science , or a related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management or related roles, preferably in technology / IoT / hardware-software products

Familiarity with RFID, IoT, embedded systems, mobile or web app products (advantageous but not mandatory)

Strong data analysis and market research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial

Willingness to travel regionally as needed (customers in 15+ countries)

Customer-centric mindset with a strategic focus and results-driven attitude

Responsibilities

EISG COE Digital Operation Team is seeking an energetic, results-oriented Product Planner to manage a portfolio of Keysight Workflow Solutions (KWS). This position requires a dynamic leader with a passion for working with key customers to obtain industry and customer insights, identify emerging technologies and application opportunities with the objective to develop impactful growth initiatives and solution roadmap, and drive implementation of strategic plan to increase Keysight workflow market shares. This position requires research and analytical skills based on data about trends, demographics, and buying habits. Product planners must also keep track of what competitors are doing and planning in a given market. From a deep understanding of the market environment and competition, you develop customer preference towards our products with exciting customer benefits surpassing the competition. With a crisp understanding of the product sales trends, you replace older products with the right renewals to maintain customers’ interests. You will work collaboratively with R&D teams to meet business and growth goals.

The Product Planning position requires knowledge and understanding of workflow products and its market. An ideal candidate should have solid skills in all aspects of market analysis, segmentation, strategy, and business case articulation. This role also requires candidates to have a deep understanding of the technology and product lifecycle processes with a track record of cross-functional collaboration, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Develop and drive business and marketing plans for the products. This includes setting the product prices and sales bundles. Develop all relevant publicity and educational materials to enable customer preference in our products. Develop all relevant sales tools such as application notes, customer success stories, competition analysis, demos, etc., to enable expertise of the field teams to sell our products. Determine accurate order forecast to ensure that Keysight fulfills the customers’ demands. Evolve or revolve products or features to keep the customer preference according to ever-changing customer needs and applications.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Typically 8 to 10+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, marketing, and customer applications.
  • Sound business judgment with intimate knowledge of customer organizations and markets.
  • Solid team player and effective facilitator who demonstrates the ability to work across different functions and regions.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in software development. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet the company's objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and high performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages (e.g. PHP, Python, .NET).
  • Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of security best practices in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
  • Experience leading a team of software engineers and managing software development projects
  • Ability to create project timelines, estimate project tasks and resources, and track progress


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Experience with PCI DSS compliance and security protocols

About the Role

The incumbent will support the Associate Director in the implementation and execution of initiatives in alignment with the TECH Division’s strategic objectives. They will be responsible for managing their designated solution area, including the roadmap for the associated technology platform or supported end-to-end solutions. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key technology domains, the incumbent will ensure solutions are implemented in accordance with design philosophies that prioritize system attributes such as flexibility, scalability, and modularity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Application Management

  • Lead the development, design, and implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems and software packages.

  • Ensure effective delivery of IT solutions with a focus on cost efficiency and quality, maximizing the return on IT investments.

  • Develop and execute action plans that support the TECH Division’s strategy through structured planning, established methodologies, and appropriate resource allocation.

  • Oversee and enforce adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software quality management standards.

  • Align system delivery with the Enterprise Architecture framework to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Maintain high application availability and ensure timely resolution of system issues and incidents.

Design

  • Own and manage a portfolio of solutions, ensuring scalable and performance-optimized architecture.

  • Translate business and functional requirements into effective system designs.

  • Lead the design and implementation of new applications and system enhancements.

  • Serve as the technical lead for medium to high-complexity projects and initiatives that support business growth.

Development

  • Develop software code following best practices and coding standards.

  • Conduct unit and system integration testing (SIT) prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide support during UAT and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Deliver second-level production and incident support in collaboration with first-level support teams.

Project Scope

  • Lead medium to high-complexity projects, accountable for end-to-end application delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with vendors and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project execution.

Resource & Team Management

  • Optimize resource planning and utilization to meet business demands effectively.

  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities.

  • Drive team performance in alignment with divisional and organizational strategies.

Job Requirements

General requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • 6–8 years of experience in IT application development, with at least 3–4 years in a supervisory role within the relevant domain.

  • Proven track record in executing IT projects and delivering system applications and technology implementations.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with middle management and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • In-depth understanding of insurance business operations, including distribution channels.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Technical requirements:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and technologies, including Java Content Repository (API), Sling, Apache Felix OSGi, DAM, and Workflows.

  • Experience integrating AEM with Adobe products such as Analytics, Target, and Campaign.

  • Proficient in AEM building blocks: templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.

  • Experience with AEM data migration and backend/frontend integration.

  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

  • Solid Java/J2EE background with working knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks.

  • Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle) and T-SQL.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and architectural styles.

  • Experience with Unix and WebSphere Application Server environments.
