- Overall project management of SW projects.
- Responsible to liaise with vendors for technical and commercial aspects of the project within the software scope of works
- Coordinate the collection and validation of operational requirements (throughput, SKU profile, storage capacity, etc.).

- Manage the change control process for scope, design, or schedule adjustments.
- Manage and oversee commissioning, UAT and integration test between automation software and WCS/WMS/ERP with vendors and operation team.
- Organize training programs for operators, maintenance, and IT teams.
- Plan and manage go-live activities and ramp-up support.
- Ensure as-built documentation and training materials are delivered.
Requirement:
- 3-5+ years of experience in implementing software solutions in logistics or warehousing.
- Knowledge in warehouse management processes, software testing methodologies and system integration.
- Knowledge in warehouse automation solutions, robotics and logistics processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and query writing (SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.).

We are hiring a Software Manager (M1) to lead a 10-person engineering team in developing control software for high-performance semiconductor automation equipment. The role combines hands-on technical leadership , team management , and cross-functional coordination , requiring strong skills in C# and object-oriented programming , as well as experience with motors, pneumatics, and industrial sensors . The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and open to occasional domestic or international travel to support customer deployments and technical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a software team (~10 engineers) responsible for motion control, machine vision, and I/O integration.
Architect and implement modular equipment software using C# and other OOP languages (e.g., C++, Java).
Provide guidance on integrating servo motors, pneumatics, sensors, and industrial safety devices.
Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
Review and maintain code quality, enforce structured testing, and manage version control workflows (e.g., Git).
Participate in architecture reviews, system testing, and debugging as a technical lead.
Coach and mentor junior engineers while managing individual performance and growth plans.
Support on-site equipment commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites when required.
