Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs. Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for system implementation (design, coding, unit testing, solve, deployment, documentation) activities for internal policy administration system, including support for production defects/issues, projects and system improvements. Work with business users/product managers in soliciting and understanding user requirements; and translating requirements to system solutions. Ensure system delivery complies and conforms to standard operating processes defined (ie. system development life cycle, architecture/risk/security compliance, change management, etc.) Ensure system delivery meets user/system requirements, timeline and of good quality.
