Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, monitoring pricing trends, and developing pricing models to support the company's profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive pricing decisions.

The Data Analyst will report to the VP, Carrier Relations.

Responsibilities will include:

Conduct analysis of pricing trends, customer demand, Vendor trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for pricing optimization Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic pricing decisions across product lines Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, including pricing promotions and discounts Collaborate with finance teams to review invoices and trends and present pricing recommendations to senior management Provide ongoing analysis of pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Maintain pricing data integrity and accuracy within the company's pricing system Participate in cross-functional projects related to pricing optimization and process improvement

The ideal candidate has:

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related field 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis or related fields Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Looker) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve pricing objectives Understanding of pricing methodologies, market research techniques, and competitive analysis Experience with pricing optimization software or tools is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data‑driven strategies to enhance product performance and user experience

Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation

Create visually engaging reports and dashboards for internal teams and external partners, aiding in data‑driven decision‑making

Perform in‑depth data analysis to uncover reasons behind metric fluctuations and verify assumptions, addressing ad‑hoc questions beyond standard dashboards

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements and improve feature functionalities

Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to predict product trends and user behavior

Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold data accuracy and reliability

Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, contributing to product strategy development

Enhance data warehouse organization with new objects like analytic data marts and views

Collaborate with Data Engineering to influence data governance, addressing Analytics Team needs

Must‑Haves

Bachelor or master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Strong knowledge of, and experience with, SQL and Python

Some experience with dbt

2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in data analytics or a similar role

Expertise in analytical tools, specifically Periscope, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.

Statistical knowledge, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including ability to handle and accurately analyze large data sets

Excellent communication skills, including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globally

Comfortable with multi‑tasking, managing multiple stakeholders, and working as part of a team

Technical proficiency in database design, development, data models, data marts, and techniques for data mining and segmentation

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience with cloud‑based data warehousing platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake, etc.

Experience with Message Gears
