Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of Crimson Global BD Team’s Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
- Launching and managing thriving student communities across key social media platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn for engagement, growth, and lead generation.
- Creating, editing, and managing high-quality content - text copy, graphic images, videos – in English for Social Media, Website Landing Pages, Email Marketing Campaigns
- Sharing community insights, user-generated content, and feedback with internal teams to help shape product, content, and support decisions.
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of global marketing, digital and growth campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

A$2,000.00/yr - A$,500.00/yr This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator at an established Australian property development and construction company. With significant active and upcoming projects across residential, commercial, and co-working spaces, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content from existing assets and distributing it across social media platforms to drive qualified leads.
You will work directly with the leadership team to transform CAD drawings, photography, and 3D renders into engaging marketing materials for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role is 60% graphic design and visual content creation, 40% social media coordination and performance tracking in a fast-paced property development environment.
Requirements
3+ years graphic design experience, preferably in property, real estate, or construction Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software Experience using AI tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to modify visual content Ability to create location-based marketing materials and integrate floor plans into designs Social media posting experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Understanding of performance analytics and content optimisation Availability during Australian business hours with immediate responsiveness Fluent English communication and ability to work autonomously

and on-trend. Be ready to step in for content editing across platforms as needed,
ensuring timely and high-quality output. - Content Coordination & Execution: Oversee content production across all platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), working closely with creative teams
for visuals and content creators for platform-specific content. - Community Engagement: Manage online communities by responding to comments,
fostering conversations, and ensuring the brand tone is consistently reflected. - Campaign Implementation: Lead the execution of digital campaigns from start to finish,
aligning them with the marketing calendar and ensuring timely delivery. - Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key social media metrics, providing insights

Your Know-How
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in managing
brand presence across multiple platforms. - Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms, with practical experience in
creating and editing social media content (video editing, photo editing, graphic design). - Hands-on experience with content creation, including shooting and editing videos and
photos, for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Proficiency in editing software such as Canva, CapCut, or other tools relevant to social

Cyber Pulse is on the hunt for an innovative Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence. In this role, you will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand engagement and reach new audiences. If you have a knack for storytelling and a passion for analytics, come make an impact with us! Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, stories, and campaigns. Monitor trends, track analytics, and optimize content based on performance data. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community. Collaborate with the design team to create visuals aligned with Cyber Pulse’s brand.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Creativity and ability to adapt content to different audiences.
