Job Description
Developing IPs and content franchises aimed at long-term storytelling, not just content aimed at virality.
Creating content that speaks to different audience segments and performs organically. Not just pretty edits, but videos that people actually want to watch and not just content for "marketing".
Building, iterating and maintaining a highly efficient content pipeline that scales impact without burning out the team by having clear lead and support roles.
What's the team function?
Researching, developing and creating content based on first principles, human psychology and data-backed strategies. We create content based on principles and research rather than pure gut feeling - and we avoid clickbait hooks or simply recreating trends and memes.
What's your role? Your job is to make strategy real. The Creative Strategist owns the narrative, you own the execution—researching trends, generating ideas, writing scripts, and turning frameworks into content that performs. Day-to-day, you're researching, writing, and generating the hooks and concepts that become videos millions of people watch.
Day-to-day:
Generate 5-6 specific content ideas, hooks, and topics across multiple brands based on strategic direction
Write or support writing 3-5 scripts/briefs per day, ensuring they align with brand voice and strategic frameworks
Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to refine ideas and ensure brand coherence
Work closely with video editors to provide clear creative briefs and direction
Weekly:
Conduct deep-dive research into cultural trends, audience conversations, and content performance patterns
Research and breakdown 2-3 competitor accounts or trending formats to extract insights and patterns
Document insights from content breakdowns into internal knowledge bases
Participate in creative reviews and strategy sessions to align on direction
Test and iterate on hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches based on performance data
What We're Looking For: Experience & Skills:
Junior to mid level – 1-3 years in content creation, copywriting, or creative strategy
Experience writing for social media, short-form or long-form content, or personal brands
Portfolio showing strong hook-writing, storytelling, or content ideation skills
Familiarity with content research and competitive analysis
Creative & Execution Mindset:
Done is better than perfect – You take your creative work seriously, but you also execute quickly because clarity comes from action, not overthinking. Speed and iteration beat perfectionism every time.
Pattern recognition – You spot what works across different formats and can adapt insights across brands
Research-driven creativity – You don't just guess what will work; you study, breakdown, and extract principles
Detail-oriented – Your scripts are clear, your briefs are thorough, and your ideas are well-thought-through
Collaborative – You work well with strategists, editors, and creators to bring ideas to life
Language & Communication:
Multilingual proficiency required, fluency in at least 2 languages (English, Malay or Mandarin) – our creator base is multilingual
Proficiency in all 3 languages is a strong plus – helps you write for diverse audience segments and cultural contexts
Strong writing skills across different tones and formats
Work Style:
You thrive on turning abstract strategy into concrete ideas
You're comfortable with high-volume creative work when frameworks are clear
You love diving deep into research—studying what makes content work
You're proactive about asking questions and clarifying direction
You value feedback and iteration as part of the creative process
Who's there to support you? Built for execution:
Clear creative frameworks and SOPs that guide your ideation and writing
Direct collaboration with the Creative Strategist who provides direction and reviews your work
Structured Idea Banks and Content Pipelines that organize your output
Creators and video editors who bring your scripts and briefs to life
What you'll work with:
Systems & frameworks designed to support high throughput content creation
Collaborative environment with editors, strategists, and creators who value strong creative opinions
Research libraries with competitor breakdowns, trend analyses, and performance insights
Direct access to all brand materials and strategy docs for every project
Performance Incentives:
Quality and volume of ideas – your ability to increase your efficiency while maintaining quality
Content performance – when the scripts and ideas you create perform well, you benefit
Research contributions – insights and breakdowns that inform team-wide creative decisions
This is a role where your creative execution directly translates to upside.
Benefit Package: Must-have:
EPF, SOCSO, EIS Contribution
Annual Increment
Performance-based Bonus
Annual Leave
Medical Leave

Flexibility to work in a way that keeps your creative output high
Level Up with us: You'll write for creators with real audiences—thousands to millions of engaged people watching the content you help create. Every hook and script you write shapes how these brands connect with their audiences. You'll learn to create content using frameworks based on first principles, cultural intelligence, and data- backed strategy—skills that compound over time as the creator economy grows.
You'll work alongside experienced strategists who mentor your growth, editors who elevate your ideas, and creators with strong points of view. Our team values quality and will help you level up your craft. As you develop your skills and demonstrate strategic thinking, there's a clear path to grow into a Creative Strategist role, specialize in specific content formats or niches, or lead creative execution for key accounts.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skillset fit
You & the team: Our team scales authentic personal brands through AI-first workflows and data-backed strategy. If you're ready to execute at high volume, work within proven frameworks, and turn strategy into content that reaches millions, this is the role.
