What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , Google , and TikTok (nice to have) with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution for priority markets: Australia (primary), followed by the UK and the USA .
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels, generate actionable insights, and optimize based on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Position purpose

Reporting to the Retail/Sales Operations Executive, this role focuses on representing a luxury skincare brand by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service, fostering lasting customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend to customer request and enquiries on skincare products.
  • Recommend the ideal skincare product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.

Working together with Managers to manage inventory and minimize stock losses

Reporting

Updating customer database on frequent basis.

Calculate and submit self-commission Report to Store Manager timely and accurately.

Perform accurate sales transactions and sales collections.

Any Ad Hoc reporting as required by the Managers.
