Job Overview- (12 month contract role) Penang
- Manage end-to-end hiring process : Source, resume screen, phone screen, schedule interviews, Offer documentation and onboarding.
- Should possess expert knowledge and innovative skills to source and attract active & passive talent from different sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals and local outreach to identify potential candidates for direct labor positions)
- Communication and Stakeholder management is key to be successful in this role as you work with global stakeholders and matrix organization
- Good understanding of the manufacturing industries in the local market, able to map talents, develop business intelligence for sourcing strategies and techniques
- Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in any applicant tracking systems (ATS) and be more system oriented to Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in the ATS.
- Should be able to collaborate well and build good working relationship with hiring managers, department heads and other stakeholders for understand and prioritizing their staffing needs.
- Should be process oriented to comply with all recruiting and hiring practices aligning to TE's global TA process/policies and comply with local legal and statutory requirements.
- Should be data & metrics driven and be able to independently provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Skills/Education-
- Should hold an University degree
- 2+ years of experience in end to end recruitment, preferred manufacturing background
- Should have strong attention to details.

The ideal candidate will have managed full-cycle in-house recruitment for a cost / project management consultancy within the construction industry in APAC. This role requires running bulk and targeted recruitment campaigns that align with current project requirements from end to end, as well as managing ad hoc requirements across offices in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and others as required. You will manage PSL agencies daily and monitor which roles we are approved to go to market with. You will build relationships across the business and be the champion of our ATS across the APAC region. To be considered for the role you should be highly experienced in head hunting, stakeholder management, sourcing, selecting, negotiating and recruiting outstanding technical candidates. Responsibilities

What you will do
