Responsibilities

Overall site planning to ensure project delivery on time.

Able to discuss and resolve the site issue with developer’s project team and consultant’s team.

Able to deal with sub-contractors to resolve the site issue and deliver the project within the time and budget.

Checking all work completed and comply with required specification and requirements.

Prepare site progress report when necessary as required.

Review construction work and suggest improvement measures.

Attend site meetings, chair tool box meeting and sub-contractor meetings.

Able to source for sub-contractor and negotiating for the better price.

Monitor the construction budget and expenses.

Adhere to the construction industry standards and safety regulations.

Able to deal with local authorities and resolve the issue.

Monitor defects work to ensure timely rectification work by contractors.

Assist Assistant General Manager/ Managing Director on any ad-hoc issues.

Qualifications

Candidate shall possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in related field, preferred to have experience under Housing Construction companies especially in high-rise building.

Candidate should have excellent written and communication skills.

Ensuring the transparency, accountability, and responsibility at all transactions in the department in the interest of the company.

Some of the required skills and qualities include technical understanding of construction principles, sound technical understanding of construction, trade sequencing, and best construction practices.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepares elements for the reporting, the budget, the business plan and forecasts.

Follows and analyzes the actuals vs forecast and vs budget on daily, weekly and monthly bases.

Ensures accuracy of management control and costing information in the site ERP system.

Ensures reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process.

Manages the activity of the controlling department to ensure operations are efficient, profitable, compliant with local laws and Valeo standards (MAF and LSF).

Alerts the Financial Controller immediately in case of significant risk for the company or employees.

Coordinates with Product Lines or Regional Operations to ensure correct operation of Hyperion module.

Continuously improves knowledge of the IS module – day, Academy.

Handles C1 requests for approval.

People management: supports training and career development of the controlling team, fosters a proactive team culture, and helps identify high potentials.

Qualifications

Business school with a major in Finance, Audit or Management Control.

Finance or Management Degree.

Fluent in English.

The Regional Site Payments Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the Site Payment Analyst group, across all therapeutic areas in a specific region.

This role will be accountable to ensure all Site Payments made in a specific region are made in accordance with the site contract and ontime.

What You Will Be Doing:

Managing the end-to-end investigator payment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contracts and regulations.

Overseeing the calculation, tracking, and processing of payments to investigators and clinical sites across multiple studies and regions.

Collaborating with clinical teams, finance, and legal departments to ensure alignment and compliance with payment terms and agreements.

Functional oversight of SPAs in assigned region.

Primary escalation point of contact for payment related inquiries raised by study team members and regional SPAs.

Oversee training for new/incoming regional SPAs.

Work with Global Site Payment Manager for resourcing and assignments within associated region.

Provide insight for regional perspective related to budget templates, Payment Exhibits in the CTAs, and configuration of Subject Visit from EDC report.

Help maintain processes specific to assigned region.

Ensure consistency in regional Site Configuration in vendor payment system.

Ensure alignment of Site Payment processes and approach globally.

Oversee regional compliance, to ensure payments are approved ontime.

Attend leadership and training calls pertaining to a specific region as requested by Global Site Payment Manager.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred, with experience in investigator payments or financial operations within clinical trials.

Proven experience in managing financial processes, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.

Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to be able to interact with internal Vertex groups as well as external groups.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.

Able to proactively identify project opportunities, challenges/risks and implement appropriate actions with some supervision.

Ability to work in a matrix, cross‑functional team.

Ability to understand, clearly articulate, and defend escalated payment requests and approvals.

Thorough understanding of global payment processes across multiple countries.
