Development studies for Block 20/11 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance to HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast-track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil).
The development consists in production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO (75 kbopd, 60 kbop water injection, 400 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading) with a contextualized Technical Referential.
The development of Blocks 20/11 represents a potential cumulated investment during the 2025-2040 period of time. The SPS Package scope includes:
- Development of Cameia and Golfinho phases (13-well green field deepwater development);
- Engineering, procurement, fabrication and delivery of WHs, PGB's, casing and tubing hangers, XTs, production/injection jumper connectors (XT end only), controls components for production ILTs and FLETs, UTAs, UTHs, SDU, top side control system (interfaced to ICSS), and all associated tooling;
- THASs (tubing hanger adapter spools) for 2 ‘keeper’ wells;
- Services to D&W, UFR and FPSO installation operations during the Project;
- SERVICES for Life of Field.
The job holder will be located in Johor at the SPS contractor’s base:
· Deep water SPS equipment fabrication and testing with focus on XT (incl. TH), Wellheads, Connectors, etc. High level of QA/QC performance objectives.
· Work with a dynamic environment developing an important project for the TotalEnergies E&P.

Activities
The position requires knowledge of SPS and UFR subsea deepwater systems. Under the responsibility of the CSR, the Job Holder is responsible for:
- Work by anticipation. To assess and to identify risks for the activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level.
- With the spirit of One TOTALENERGIES values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the projects.
- Keep all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the CSR on HSEQ related actions/decisions.
HSE
- Promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.
- Ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities.
- Ensure compliance and application of the TotalEnergies E&P 12 Golden Rules.
- Promote observation reporting system and evaluate the HSE practices and skills of the workshop personnel. (Readily report anomalies and malpractices as well as positive observation on site).
Quality
- Ensure compliance of the activities with TotalEnergies E&P and Project specifications, safety and environmental procedures.
- Monitor, instruct, correct and report the working practices of the contractor’s / subcontractors’ as necessary.
- Ensure all procedures and IPs (ITPs) used are on the correct for the job and have been duly approved and released.
- Ensure that CTR Performs periodic preservation checks of stored equipment in line with the equipment OMM.
- Advise contractor on improvement, return on experience and all issues regarding the work site.
- Ensure all relevant equipment RCA and NCR are raised accordingly and follow up on the closeout actions.
- Capture and Prepare REX (Return of Experience) and Lesson Learnt dossiers/presentations.
- Report of any equipment failure or damage.
Fabrication
- Participate in relevant meetings related to project reporting & progress, fabrication, operation and any other as needed.
- Ensure all relevant tools and equipment are maintained, calibrated and certified as required.
- Ensure the Tests, Inspections and MRBs are performed in accordance with the planning and release in due time.
- Participate in equipment failure investigations and Contractor’s RCA.
- All above, the service holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules and requirements.
- The service holder will participate in routine and random inspections/audits/tests, etc. for all SPS equipment.
- Performs QC visits and tours.
- Ensures an adequate reporting (areas of concerns, problems encountered in the implementation of the QC Inspection Plan by the Contractors).
- Ensure the timely delivery of the equipment.
- Issue Reports and KPI Results.
- Issue Lesson Learnt and REX.
Qualification/Experience Required
- Minimum of 10 years in the Oil & Gas Project in SPS manufacturing related matters.
- Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum engineering graduated or equivalent.
- Previous experience of auditing in a similar environment.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a QA/QC position.
- Problem solving mindset and solution driven attitude.
- Excellent Communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, “out-of-the-box” thinking and ability to convince.

Responsible for the operational aspects of all analytical testing within the QC Laboratory.
- Lead, coach and develop QC personnel (analysts and scientists) to ensuring that analytical testing (chemical, physical and microbiological) and data review is performed in a reliable and timely manner to support production operations with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure that the quality systems and practices in the laboratory comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Quality Management Standards (QMS).
- Develop, optimize, implement analytical methods and working procedures for characterization, release, and stability testing of viral vector gene therapy products.
- Develop the organisation's quality testing policy in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Lead and perform lab method validation, transfers of analytical methods from other collaborators/clients, protocol harmonization and optimization from R&D to Production.
- Lead development and qualification of new and/or improved assays and characterization of viral vector products using molecular, biophysical, and other analytical assays.
- Conduct, review or approve laboratory investigations and ensure all follow up actions are completed. Make decisions based on scientific and logical reasoning.
- Compile data, generate reports and perform computations using data analysis software, spreadsheets, graphing, and curve fitting software.
- Align with MSAT, Quality and Production teams on phase appropriate analytical methods and strategies for in-process and QC release testing.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and evaluate assay improvements with the goal of optimizing the current rAAV production process.
- Train fellow colleagues on written procedures pertaining to equipment operation, test methods and general laboratory operations.
- Draft and edit lab protocols, standard operating procedures, sampling plans, technical documents, and release testing records for regulatory or tech transfer purposes.
- Ensure real time documentation, maintain data integrity and appropriate traceability as per quality system.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related fields with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master/Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a cGMP setup.
- Prior experience performing viral genome titre, infectivity, potency, host cell protein, and host cell DNA assays are required.
- Extensive hands-on experience with development of analytical techniques for characterization and analysis of viral vectors is desired, including: Flow cytometry, qPCR, dPCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, mycoplasma, sterility, endotoxins.
- Experience in the design and optimization of cell-based potency and infectivity assays.
- Must have experience facing regulatory, Client & external cGMP audits.
- Must have the knowledge of contract testing labs management and its certification.

Role Overview:
Lead & coordinate investigations on customer escapes, closing the communication loop with relevant customer contacts to update on Containment Actions, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventive action plans, by providing a full Investigation Report.
Coordinate with Quality team and relevant functional leaders to finalize/review Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive action plans. Monitor and drive closure of outstanding actions arising from various investigations & surveillance activities.
Cell Quality focal for operational issues surrounding Cost of Quality, process FTY or process failures. Provide Quality guidance to approved personnel, shop processes and operations in assigned Cells.
Conduct Competency Assessment for qualified candidates to be established as Certifying Staff or Approved Mechanic.
Perform general and scheduled Surveillance of operations areas and processes.
Lead process observations and improvement action. Initiate and coordinate pFMEA events and follow through with various stake holders on risks mitigation actions. Finalize process changes or improvement through a FAI event.
Conduct Quality Trainings / Flow downs / Briefing as scheduled or arising from any Quality event.
Review Regulatory Airworthiness Directives received from Technical Publication and attend or support AD Review Board. Update AD check list for Certifying Staff.
The Ideal Candidate:

Required Qualifications:

Base pay rangeJob Responsibility
- Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished milk powder products using approved methodologies and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections of production lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and taking representative samples for analysis.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Responsible for in-going and out-going inspection process.
- To monitor all non-conformance products, matter and liaise with related department for corrective action and preventive action.
- Implement quality control policies, procedures, and standards for inspection, assist in updating QC Manual.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues.
- To involve in performing internal and external audits to determine compliance to Food Safety / HACCP / GMP and identify areas for improvement.
- Record and maintain accurate data related to quality control tests and inspections.
- Analyze the data to identify trends or deviations that require attention.
- Adherence to hygiene and safety protocols in the quality control laboratory and during sampling procedures.
- Responsible for the Food Safety issues.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
- A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field is typically required.
- Must fluent in Mandarin as requires dealing with Mandarin speaking internal.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably good knowledge in GMP / HACCP / HALAL.
- Prior experience in quality control within the food or dairy industry, knowledge in milk powder manufacturing, is a plus.
- Ability to identify and address quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques used in quality control testing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with major international quality programs like ISO 9001, API 15LR & 15HR, and various certification societies (DNV, Lloyds, ABS, BV, NSF, FM, etc.)
- Conduct and manage Internal and External Audits.
- Oversee customer inspection activities and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Establish procedures for quality control and perform daily quality inspections to identify defective products, preventing their shipment to customers.
- Ensure the quality system complies with all relevant standards and customer specifications.
- Develop and maintain the quality system in accordance with the requirements of each certification body, serving as an important tool for marketing and bid submissions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in QA and QC.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply.
