We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Work Scope:

• Earthwork Excavation
• Installation of Pre Cast Box Culvert Drainage
• Installation of Underground uPVC Pipes for Electric cables.
• Installation of Underground HDPE Pipes for Telecom cables.
• Reinforcement Bar installation for Manhole and Drainage Sump Pit
• Formwork installation for Electric and Telecom Duct Banks, Manholes, and Drainage Sump Pit

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and health regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Safety and Health Compliance: Adhere strictly to the Safety and Health rules established on site and ensure all workers perform tasks in accordance with these rules.
• Daily Pre-Task Briefing: Prepare daily pre-task briefings in writing and brief all subordinates on the work scope for the day, potential hazards, and control measures.
• Technical Understanding: Read and understand drawings and method statements; execute work according to specifications.
• Inspections and Problem Solving: Carry out regular inspections for compliance with safety and quality standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Project Management: Manage work execution smoothly and attend site inspections with clients and QAQC personnel.
• Attendance and Discipline: Maintain punctuality and good attendance records for yourself and your team.

• Monitor stock and coordinate delivery from warehouse to site.
• Conduct monthly stock counts in the warehouse.
